implementing Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on organic farming and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides, pursuant to Article 35 of Act No. 242 / 2000 Coll., on organic farming and amending Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") for the implementation of § 4 (2), § 6 (12), § 10 (3) (b), § 11 (1) (c), (d), (e), (f), (3), § 12 (3), § 14 (1) (b), (d), (e), (f) and (i), § 14 (2) (a), § 21 (3), § 16 (1) (a), § 17 (2), § 18 (3), § 19 (3), (4), (5), (8), (10), § 20), § 20 (2), § 21 (3), § 22 (3), § 22 (6), § 24 (4), § 25 (4), § 25), § 26 (2), § 26 (2), § 26 (2), § 26 (2)

General provisions
§ 1
(1) The organic farming conditions and the conditions for the production of organic foodstuffs are governed by immediately binding provisions of the European Communities. 1)
(2) In organic farming, only the following species of livestock may be kept in accordance with European Community law: 2) [bovine, horse, pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, fish and Central European ecotypes of honey bees Apis melifera (hereinafter referred to as "the listed animals').

The particulars of the application for registration for organic farming on the farm (hereinafter referred to as the application) are set out in Annex 1.

§ 22
Rabbit
(1) Breeding rabbits are kept in groups consisting of male and several ramps, a group of young rabbits or a group of rabbits in fattening. There are boxes or buildings in the pen; the number of birthing boxes or building blocks is not less than the number of ramps housed in the pen. Individual listed animals may be placed in individual pens for an absolute period of time.
(2) Young rabbits are separated from a group of at least 30 days of age.
(3) Rabbits are allowed access to the range.
§ 24
Fish
(Paragraph 18 (3) of the Law)
(1) Fish farming in plastic or concrete tanks can only be used for hatching of eggs, breeding and relaying.
(2) The ponds, lakes and weaned river arms must have shore areas ensuring a high absorption capacity of the contact zone with the surrounding land.
(3) Water must comply with the standard of classification of surface water quality corresponding to Class I and Class II according to ČSN 75 7221, the biological oxygen consumption must be within 5 days to 8 mg.l-1 except for the summer period from 1 June to 30 September.
(4) To improve the physical, chemical and biological characteristics of the pond bottom, winter, flaming, liming, manure fertilisation and green fertilisation crops are used.
(5) The advantage is a mixed multispecies fish blanket, including predatory species. Herbivorous species are planted with respect to the plant community in the tank.
(6) Prior to the introduction of the transported fish, the temperature balance in the transport containers shall be such that the temperature difference does not exceed 12 ° C.
(7) Generation fish from breeding flocks must come from organic farming. The methods of natural fish swabs are preferred. Initial rearing of early stages and fallow in controlled conditions of fish hatcheries may take place during climatic adverse periods.
(8) When feeding fish, the share of natural food must be at least 50% of the food received. The crew is fed cereal scrap, for handles and older fish, cereals are presented unprepared.
(9) Fishing for fish shall be carried out by trawl nets allowing for the gentle handling of fish (cotton wool, seine, fence, bottom net) in order to minimise stress loads on fish. The fish handling tools are moistened before use. Fish are transported in water containers. Transport containers shall have smooth walls. Live fish shall be removed for transport in the cured state. Fish shall be relayed after harvesting and their maximum live weight shall not exceed 100 kg per m3 of water. Oxygen content in the draining water shall not fall below 3 mg.l-1. when relaying carp

Biofood production
§ 33
The formalities for the declaration of the start of the production of organic food (Section 19 of the Act), the formalities for the application for a certificate of organic food and the requirements for the declaration of putting into circulation of bioproducts or biofoodstuffs (Section 20 of the Act) are set out in Annex 12.

Certification, labelling, import and registration
§ 35

(Paragraph 25 (1) of the Law)
The graphic character identifying the organic products and foodstuffs is given in Annex 14. The control authority identification code shall be published by the Ministry of Agriculture in the Ministry of Agriculture Bulletin.
§ 36
(Paragraph 26 (2) and (4) of the Act)
The list of countries and their inspection bodies whose certificate is recognised as equivalent to the certificate under the law is set out in Annex 15.

1) Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, as amended by Commission Regulation No 2277 / 2003. Commission Regulation (EC) No 1788 / 2001 of 7 September 2001 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the provisions concerning the certification of imports from third countries provided for in Article 11 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs, as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 1918 / 2002. Commission Regulation (EEC) No 207 / 93 of 29 January 1993 defining the content of Annex VI to Regulation (EEC) No 2092 / 91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products and indications referring thereto on agricultural products and foodstuffs and laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 5 (4) of that Regulation, as amended by Commission Regulation No 2020 / 2000.
2) Article 3 of Act No. 166 / 1999 Coll., on Veterinary Care and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Veterinary Act), as amended by Act No. 131 / 2003 Coll.
