DECLARATION
of 23 May 2006
amending Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No 333 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for mill grain products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and batter products, as amended by Decree No. 93 / 2000 Coll.
According to Article 18 (1) (a) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 333 / 1997 Coll., implementing § 18 (a), (d), (h), (i), (j) and (k) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related laws, for grain mill products, pasta, bakery and pastry products and batter, as amended by Decree No. 93 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 6 (d), including footnote 1:
"(d) egg pasta pasta for which eggs or egg productsare used in addition to grain mill products (1);
1) § 2 (b) of Decree No. 200 / 2003 Coll., on animal health requirements for egg products, as amended by Decree No. 638 / 2004 Coll. '
footnote 1 shall be renumbered footnote 2, including the footnote references.
2. in Article 6, point (g) is deleted;
Points (h) to (j) shall be renumbered (g) to (i).
3. footnote 2 shall read:
"(2) Decree No. 113 / 2005 Coll., on the labelling of foodstuffs and tobacco products, as amended."
4. Paragraph 9 (2) is deleted.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
5. Annex 5 shall read as follows:
"Annex No 5 to Decree No 333 / 1997 Coll.

Transitional provision
Packs produced before the entry into force of this Order may be used until 31 December 2006 at the latest.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2006.
