1. At the end of footnote 1, the sentences are added to separate rows
"Council Directive 92 / 91 / EEC of 3 November 1992 on minimum requirements for improving the safety and health of workers in the drilling industry (eleventh individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of Directive 89 / 391 / EEC). Council Directive 92 / 104 / EC of 3 December 1992 on minimum requirements for the improvement of the safety and health of workers in the surface and deep mining industry (12th individual Directive within the meaning of Article 16 (1) of Directive 89 / 391 / EEC). '
2. In Article 18 (1), the words "and mixtures' are inserted after the words" use of substances' and the words "preparations' are replaced by the words" mixtures'.
3. In the first sentence of Article 18 (2), the words "and mixtures' shall be inserted after the words" chemicals'; the words', 'and' further 'shall be deleted after the words' chemical ';
4. In Sections 25a and 27a, the word "at the latest 'shall be inserted after the word" minutes' and, at the end of Sections 25a and 27a, the dot shall be deleted and the words "; if the rotation takes place, the staff member shall not be exposed to a factor classified in the risk category under the Public Health Protection Act for which rotation is ensured. The last security break shall not be included later than 1 hour before the end of the shift. ';
5. In the first sentence of Paragraph 29 (11), the part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, is deleted and in the second sentence, the words "manual handling of workload taking into account the working position 'are replaced by the words" cumulative weight limit'.
6. In Paragraph 30 (3), the word "at the latest 'shall be inserted after the word" minutes' and, at the end of the text of paragraph 3, the dot shall be deleted and the words "; if the rotation takes place, the employee shall not be exposed to a factor in the risk category under the Public Health Protection Act for which rotation is ensured. The last security break shall not be included later than 1 hour before the end of the shift. ';
7. In Sections 33 and 35, the word "at the latest 'shall be inserted after the word" minutes' and, at the end of Sections 33 and 35, the dot shall be deleted and the words "if there is a rotation of activities, the employee shall not be exposed to a factor in the risk category under the Public Health Protection Act for which rotation is ensured. The last security break shall not be included later than 1 hour before the end of the shift. ';
8. Article 37 (5) shall be replaced by the words "health or veterinary establishment";
9. In Paragraph 45 (1), "6 'is replaced by" 5';
10. In Paragraph 45 (2), the word "apertures' is replaced by" apertures'.
11. in Article 45 (3), the introductory part of the provision reads: "For the purposes of this Regulation, work space means a functionally defined place of work with permanent work. The working space with suitable daily illumination shall meet at least the following values: ';
12. in Article 45 (3) (a), "DT" is replaced by "DT" and "DTM" is replaced by "DTM."
13. in Paragraph 45 (3) (b):
"(b) the overall electrical lighting expressed by the maintained illumination shall be at least equal to 200 lx with the uniform illumination Uo ≥ 0,4 at the prevailing plane of the visual function, unless the Czech technical standard governing the electrical illumination18 is higher."
14. In Paragraph 45 (4) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "in which satisfactory daytime lighting cannot be technically ensured 'shall be inserted after the word" lighting'.
15. in Article 45 (4) (a), "DT" is replaced by "DT" and "DTM" is replaced by "DTM."
16. in Paragraph 45 (4) (b), the text 'ihm' is replaced by 'ihm' and the text 'Uo' is replaced by the text 'Uo';
17. in Article 45 (5), the words "where the processed material, the nature of the products or the activity requires the exclusion of daylight or specific lighting requirements, in particular the use of the technologically necessary wavelength of the spectral composition of the light which cannot be achieved by daylight," shall be added at the end of the text in point (b).
18. in Paragraph 45 (5) (c):
"(c) whose design requirements do not permit the establishment of a sufficient number or size of lighting holes; they are, in particular, workplaces for the purpose of defending the State in a higher degree of security regime and workplaces in spaces and buildings subject to monument protection, '.
19. in Paragraph 45 (5), point (d) is deleted;
Point (e) shall be renumbered as point (d).
20. In Article 45 (6), the words "and on the basis of a written agreement with the public health authorities and at the present workplaces referred to in paragraph 5 (c) to (e) with non-compliant daily lighting 'are replaced by the words" non-compliant daily or combined lighting, if it is staff working on a single shift,' and the words "(c) to (e) 'are replaced by" (b) to (d)'.
21. In Article 45 (7), the text "ijm" is replaced by "ijm," the text "Uo" is replaced by "Uo," the words "ijm" is inserted after the words "maintained lighting," and the words "ijm" is added at the end of the text in paragraph 7, "and the values of the cylindrical lighting, of the walls of ijm, wall and lighting of ceilings of ijm, Ceiling set out in the Czech technical standard governing the values of electrical lighting 18)."
22. In Paragraph 45a, the text "(a) 'is added at the end of the text of paragraph 1.
23. in Paragraph 45a (2), "1," is deleted and "6" is replaced by "5."
24. in Paragraph 45a (3), "sunbathing" is replaced by "sunlight."
25. Paragraph 45a (4), including footnote 37, reads:
"(4) The required standard values of electrical lighting shall be verified in the project according to the design of the illumination14), including its calculation. After implementation of the project, measurements shall be made in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Czech technical standards governing the measurement of electrical illumination31). The measurement shall be carried out on the basis of an investor's order by an accredited or authorised laboratory or by the holder of a certificate of competence in the field of photometry (37). The measurement requirement may be waived provided that the types and positions of the lamps specified in the design of the lighting are shown to be in conformity with the lighting assembly installed and, according to the calculation, the maintenance of the illuminance is ≥ 1.2 times the maintained illuminance required by the Czech technical standard governing the electrical illumination18) for a specific visual task and activity. The values of the colour rendering index Ra and the replacement temperature of the chromaticity Tcp are compared with the catalogue data of light sources and their compliance with the Czech technical standard governing the electrical illumination18) or measurement. The required values of daytime lighting shall be checked by calculation or measurement in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Czech technical standards for measuring daytime illumination32). The selection of measuring points is followed by the procedure set out in the Czech technical standards governing the measurement of daytime and electrical illumination31), 32).

26. in Paragraph 45a (5), the words "the lighting factor RUG shall be included in the design of the electrical lighting and determination" shall be deleted, the word "illumination34)" shall be replaced by the word "illumination18)," and the sentence "The result of the calculation shall be rounded down to the integer."
27. in Paragraph 45a (6):
"(6) To achieve visual performance, the working space shall have a colour tone of light in neutral white. In spaces with maintained lighting ≥ 1000 lx or with special requirements for visual performance, the colour tone of light is allowed in cold white. ';
28. in Paragraph 45a (7), the word "average" shall be replaced by "maintained."
29. in Paragraph 45a (9), "artificial" is replaced by "electrical."
30. In Section 45b, the word "outdoor 'is replaced by" internal'.
31. in Article 45b, the word "illumination34)" is replaced by the word "illumination18";
32. In Paragraph 45b, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The required standard values of electrical lighting shall be verified in the project according to the design of the illumination14), including its calculation. ';
33. In the title of § 45c, the words "with permanent work 'are deleted.
34. in Paragraph 45c (2):
"(2) The required standard values of electrical lighting shall be verified in the project according to the design of the illumination14), including its calculation. ';
35. The heading of Section 51 reads: "Space intended for work in a health and veterinary establishment, in laboratories, diagnostic laboratories and in experimental animals."
36. In Section 51, the words "health or veterinary establishment 'shall be replaced by the words" health or veterinary establishment where a professional veterinary activity is carried out' and the words "and the area designated in that establishment for the isolation of patients or animals suspected of being infected by a biological agent of groups 3 or 4 shall comply with the requirements laid down in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1 by that biological agent 'shall be replaced by the words" must comply with the safety measures set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1 resulting from the nature of the activities and assessment of the health risks under § 37'.
37. In Paragraph 51, the present text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraphs 2 to 4 are added:
"(2) The compartment in a health or professional veterinary establishment intended for the isolation of patients or animals suspected of being infected by a biological agent of groups 3 or 4 shall comply with the requirements set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1 resulting from the assessment of health risks under § 37.
(3) The space of a laboratory in which a material is being handled which is not sure whether it contains biological agents which may cause human disease must comply with the security requirements for group 2 biological agents set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1, resulting from the nature of the activities and the assessment of the health risks referred to in Section 37.
(4) The premises of the laboratory and diagnostic laboratories, the premises of experimental animals which have been deliberately infected by a biological agent of groups 2, 3 or 4 and are a carrier or suspected of carrying such agent, must comply with the requirements laid down for the level of safety by the group of biological agents in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1 resulting from the nature of the activities and the assessment of health risks referred to in Section 37. '
38. Paragraph 52, including the title, reads:
Industrial process work
The place of work of the industrial process referred to in Section 37 (6) shall comply with the requirements laid down for the level of security by group of biological agents as set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Tables 1 and 2 and resulting from the nature of the activities and the assessment of health risks as set out in Section 37. ';
39. In the fifth sentence of Article 54 (5), the words "with restricted access, if possible by a mutually blocked door 'and the words" door and' are replaced by the words "from the exposed part 'shall be inserted after the words" space'.
40. In the sixth sentence of Paragraph 54 (5), the word "is' shall be inserted after the words" required or '.
41. Paragraph 54 (5), after the sixth sentence, the sentence "The requirements for the workplace when an entry health loop for conscious activity with biological agents of Group 2, 3 or 4 must be established is set out in Annex 7 to this Regulation, Part B, Table 1 and 2."
42. In Paragraph 54 (6), fifth sentence, "toilets' is replaced by" toilet 'and "urinal' is replaced by" urinal '.
43. In Paragraph 55 (3), "Paragraph 45 (8)" is replaced by "Paragraph 45a (1)."
44. Part A of Annex 2 reads as follows:

45.
