DECLARATION
of 7 June 2013
amending Decree No. 157 / 2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, processed fruit and processed vegetables, dry nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products, and other labelling methods, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Article 18 (1) (a), (b) and (g) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and on the amendment and addition of certain related laws, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 306 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 146 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 316 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 120 / 2008 Coll.:
This decree was notified in accordance with Directive 98 / 34 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 June 1998 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical standards and regulations and rules and of rules on information society services, as amended.
Decree No. 157 / 2003 Coll., laying down requirements for fresh fruit and fresh vegetables, processed fruit and processed vegetables, dry nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products, as well as other means of labelling, as amended by Decree No. 650 / 2004 Coll. and Decree No. 291 / 2010 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Article 6, the following points (g) and (h) are inserted after point (f):
"(g) Extra-special-purpose jam - a food meeting the requirements for Extra-low-energy (Extra) jam, with these products being energy / sugar-reduced and meeting the conditions for a relevant nutrition claim; the nutrition claim must be given in the product name,
(h) Extra less sweet - food meeting the requirements for Extra, with less sugar than Extra, ';
Points (g) to (x) shall be renumbered (i) to (z).
2. in Article 8 (1) (a), the words "; in the case of foodstuffs as defined in Article 6 (f), (g), (h), (i) and (r) and produced from three or more fruits, the indication of the types of fruit used may be replaced by the words" mixed fruit "or the number of fruits used" may be deleted.
3. in Article 8 (1) (d) and (e):
"(d) for jams, Extra jams, Extra special jams, Extra jams, Extra jams, Less sweet jams, Marmalades, Rosolas, Extra jellies, Chestnut puree, povils, cleavage and fruit puree, the amount of fruit in grams used to produce 100 g of finished product; the indication of the fruit content shall be in the same field of view as the name of the product and shall be clearly visible in letters,
(e) for jams, Extra jams, Extra jams, Extra special jams, Extra jams, Less sweet jams, Marmalades, Rosolas, Extra jellies, Chestnut puree, Pale jellies, Plevels and fruit purée, the total content of natural sweeteners in grams contained in 100 g of the product, the figure being the quantity determined by refractometry at 20 ° C for the finished product with a tolerance of + / - 3 refractometry; the indication of the natural sweetener content must be in the same field of view as the product name and must be clearly visible in letters, '.
4. In Article 8 (1) (f), the words "Extra" shall be inserted after the words "Extra";
5. In Paragraph 8, the dot is replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (g) is added:
"(g) in the case of jam, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Sweetsweet jam, Marmalade, Rosolas, Extra, Extra, Rosol Marmalades and Chestnut puree in the name of the product on behalf of the species or fruits used, in descending order of the weight of the raw material used; However, in the case of products made from three or more fruits, the indication of the types of fruit used may be replaced by the words" mixed fruit "or similar wording or by the number of fruit used. ';
6. In Article 10 (2), the words "Extra" shall be inserted after the words "Extra";
7. In Article 10 (3) and (4), the words "," and "and Extra" shall be inserted after the words "Extra".
8. In Article 10 (5) and (13), the words ", Extra and Extra" shall be inserted after the words "Extra, Extra and Extra."
9. In Paragraph 10 (6), the words "and Extra Jam 'are replaced by the words" Extra Jam', Extra Jam (Extra), Extra special and Extra Jam (Extra) less sweet '.
10. in Article 10 (9), the words "Extra" shall be inserted after the words "Extra";
11. Paragraph 10 (10) reads:
"(10) Spirits, wine, dessert (liqueur) wine, nuts, aromatic herbs, spices, vanilla, vanilla, vanilla extracts and med4 may be added as a partial or full refund of natural sweeteners, edible fats and oils as foaming agents and liquid pectin to the foods defined in Sections 6 (f) to (k) and (t)."

Note: The lowest level of refractometer dry matter may not be complied with for Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Extra, Sugar Jams, Less Sweet, Jams, Extra and Extra Jellies, Marmalades and Chestnut Creams, provided that the sugar has been replaced in whole or in part by sweetener for these products.
Extra sugar and Extra special are so-called reserved product names in accordance with the second subparagraph of point II of Annex 1 to Council Directive 2001 / 113 / EC on fruit jams, jellies and marmalades and chestnut cream intended for human consumption. '
Transitional provision
Foodstuffs produced and put into circulation before the date of entry into force of this Order shall be assessed in accordance with existing legislation.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2013.
