Article 5 of the Treaty misinterpreted. Article 5 is correct to read: "Odo dňa nadobudnutia validity tejto Zmluvy budú prídné orgány zdázných strány robiť roznatie o nadodnádné štátneho občianstva jednej ztalnej party dependenej od predloženia dokladení o prepovolení zo štneho zväzku druj ztalnej party."
