Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 17 January 1949
on the Declaration between Czechoslovakia and Belgium on the reciprocal free issuance of copies of documents of personal status requested in the interests of the administration and for the benefit of the deprived persons.
The Czech Republic and Belgium signed in Prague on 10 March 1948 a Declaration exchanged between Czechoslovakia and Belgium on the mutual free issuance of copies of the documents of personal status requested in the interests of the administrative and for the benefit of the persons who were deprived, replacing the earlier declarations exchanged between Czechoslovakia and Belgium on 24 September 1924, No 215 of the Collection of Acts of 1924 and published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Czechoslovakia on 18 October 1924.
This declaration was approved by the Government at its meeting on 21 October 1947 and entered into force 30 days after the signature.
Its original Slovak version is published in the Annex to the Collection of Laws. *)
