DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Transport
of 29 January 1976
amending and supplementing Decree No. 132 / 1964 Coll., on Railway Transport Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 98 / 1966 Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 4 (2) and § 8 (1) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, under § 392 (3) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. as amended under § 37 / 1971 Coll. and under § 319 and 508 of Civil Code No. 40 / 1964 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 132 / 1964 Coll., on Railway Transport Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 98 / 1966 Coll. is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 1 (1) at the end, the words "and vehicle mail on the road of the Ostrava Transport Undertaking 'are deleted.
2. in Paragraph 7 (1) (f), the word "unusual" shall be deleted at the beginning and, at the end, the dot shall be deleted and the words in brackets "(extraordinary consignments) shall be added."
(3) Paragraph 12 (2) shall be added to point (f) as follows:
"(f) ticket number."
4. In the second sentence of Article 13 (1), the words "Railway Management 'are replaced by the words" Railway'.
5. Paragraph 16 (7) of the last sentence reads:
"If you break a smoking ban, you pay a fine for a Kčs 30."
6. In all the provisions of Decree No. 132 / 1964 Coll. as amended by Decree No. 98 / 1966 Coll. the words "dining and buffet" are replaced by "restaurant."
7. In Article 17 (4), the following sentence is added:
"In restaurant cars, smoking is not allowed. Anyone who violates this ban will pay a fine to the Kčs 30."
8. Paragraph 18 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Passengers shall be obliged to save the means of transport and rail equipment and shall not damage or pollute them. For damage, pollution or damage to the means of transport or railway equipment, the passenger shall pay a fine of Kčs 30, - and compensation of a fixed tariff or the cost of repair. ';
9. In the last sentence of Article 23 (3), the word "unpassed 'is replaced by" passed'.
10. Paragraph 24 (1), second sentence:
"The luggage may consist of not more than three pieces and the weight of one piece shall not exceed 15 kg. '
11. Article 30 (1), first sentence, before the semicolon:
"Citizens may serve as express items which can be easily loaded and unloaded and for which the weight of one piece does not exceed 15 kg; ';
12. Paragraph 31 (2), second sentence:
"Parts framed by strong lines shall be completed by the consignor, the other railways. '
13. Article 33 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The consignor shall not be obliged to notify the intended consignment of express goods if, on the same date, he intends to lodge a maximum of three express goods, each comprising a maximum of three pieces and not exceeding a weight of 15 kg each and a total weight of 45 kg each. '
14. In the last sentence of Paragraph 33 (5), at the end, the words "and the weight of the goods in egalised packaging are deleted."

"(6) For consignments arriving at the station of destination on working days after 16: 00, on Saturdays, on Sundays and on holidays at any time, the delivery period shall be built for the period from the arrival of the express to the station until 8: 00 on the nearest working day. '
16. Article 44 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The station shall report to the consignor or, where applicable, to the consignee on the time when the vehicle is ready for loading or unloading, if the vehicle is ready at the time of the day, no later than 2 hours and if the vehicle is ready at night, no later than 3 hours before it is ready for general loading and unloading tracks. Specific regulations or agreements shall apply to the reporting of wagon-setting to other tracks or locations. ';

"(5) For the storage of goods intended for transport by rail or by rail, the railway shall, as far as possible, leave the transporter free space or warehouse in the stations under the conditions agreed in the contract for the temporary use of the complex and storage facilities. ';
18. In the third sentence of Paragraph 45 (14) at the end, the words "transport cabinets' are replaced by the words" container '.
19. Paragraph 55 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The station of destination shall issue the consignment note to the consignee,
(a) if the identity card is provided, if the report on the time of the vehicle's preparation has been made by telephone; where the beneficiary of the organisation is also required to demonstrate that the worker is acting on behalf of the organisation,
(b) submit a telegram or telex to the station of destination, provided that the report on the time when the vehicle was ready has been submitted by telegraph or telex; if the recipient has not received a telegram by post and the post office has sent him a message by telephone only if the identity card is provided; where the beneficiary of the organisation is also required to demonstrate that the worker is acting on behalf of the organisation. ';
20. Paragraph 56 (11) of the sentence after the semicolon reads:
"the station on the way shall report the change to the sending station and the original station of destination as appropriate. '
21. In Paragraph 73 of the title reads:
"Time limits for filing complaints. Termination of the law."
22. in Paragraph 73 (2), the word "stalled" in brackets shall be replaced by the words "wagon stay fee."

This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1976.
