on the Protocol between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the People's Republic of Poland on the termination of the Treaty on conciliation and arbitration, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 and the Treaty on Legal Protection and Legal Assistance in Tax Matters, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925
On 29 July 1965, the Protocol between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the People's Republic of Poland on the termination of the Treaty on conciliation and arbitration signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 and the Treaty on Legal Protection and Legal Assistance in Tax Matters signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 was signed.
The instruments of ratification were exchanged in Prague on 24 March 1966, when the Protocol entered into force pursuant to Article 2 thereof. With this date, the Treaty on Conciliation and Arbitration between Czechoslovakia and Poland, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 (No 175 / 1926 Coll.) and the Treaty between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Republic of Poland on Legal Protection and Legal Assistance in Tax Matters, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 (No 254 / 1925 Coll.) will cease to apply.
Czech version The Protocol shall be published simultaneously.

between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Polish People's Republic on the termination of the Treaty on conciliation and arbitration, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925 and the Treaty on Legal Protection and Legal Assistance in Tax Matters, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925
The President of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the State Council of the People's Republic of Poland agreed on the following resolution:
Expiration of validity:
1. Agreement on conciliation and arbitration between Czechoslovakia and Poland, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925.
2. The Treaty between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Republic of Poland on Legal Protection and Legal Assistance in Tax Matters, signed in Warsaw on 23 April 1925.
This Protocol shall be subject to ratification and shall enter into force on the date of exchange of instruments of ratification to be implemented in Prague.
Done at Warsaw, 29 July 1965, in duplicate, each in the Czech and Polish languages, the two texts being equally authentic.
