Order of the Minister for Transport
of 10 February 1956
amending and supplementing the rules of navigation safety for the Czechoslovak section of the Danube.
In agreement with the participating ministers pursuant to § 2 (2) of Act No. 152 / 1950 Coll., the Minister of Transport hereby mandates that:
(1) Within the meaning of Article 23 of the Convention on the Danube Navigation Scheme, amendments and additions to the Basic Regulations on the Danube Navigation, issued by the Transport Minister Regulation No 72 / 1953 Coll., on the Code of Navigation Security for the Czechoslovak Danube Region, are hereby laid down in the Annex to this Regulation.
(2) The amendments and additions to the Basic Regulations on the cruise to the Danube are part of this Regulation and are published in the Annex to the Collection of Laws. *)
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Changes and additions.
The basic prepositions on the voyage to the Danube sa menia and the complejajú as follows:
1. Article 10 (1) shall be added as follows:

4. Article 29 (1) znie:

6. The following sentence shall be added to Article 36:

7. In Article 43 sa odsek 3 denotes as a odsek 4 and za odsek 2 sa vladá nová odsek 3 tohto znenia:
"(3) Postrka lift gives for cruises optical signal podľa odseku 1 and 2 from the right side of the boat, which is on the right side of the lift and nesia green side light."
8.
"Recognition of the signs of the tugboat and slip lift in the day
The tugboat shall not be towed by day at the top of the mast of the blue flag of a rectangular shape vo height of not less than 6 m above deck; "The tactile lift of the Nessie flag in the same height on the forehead of the most forward ship on the top of the primordial pole."
9. For Article 50, Article 50 (a) shall be inserted as follows:
