The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that the following arrangements were signed in Vienna on 21 April 1994:
Arrangement pursuant to Article 2 (4) of the Agreement of 17 June 1991 between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Republic of Austria on the facilitation of border handling in rail, road and water transport, on the establishment of a forward Czech border handling post at the border crossing point of České Velenice - Gmünd / Bleylelebenstrasse,
Arrangement pursuant to Article 2 (4) of the Agreement of 17 June 1991 between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Republic of Austria on the facilitation of border handling in rail, road and water transport, on the establishment of a forward Czech border handling post at the Chlum border crossing point at Trebon - Schlag,
Arrangements pursuant to Article 2 (4) of the Agreement of 17 June 1991between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Republic of Austria on the facilitation of border handling in rail, road and water transport, on the establishment of forward border handling stations at the Tábor station, Veselí nad Lužnice, České Budějovice, České Velenice, Gmünd, Schwarzenau and Sigmundsherberg, as well as on border handling on the route between Tábor - Sigmundsherberg and České Buděovice - Sigmundsherberg,
Arrangements pursuant to Article 2 (4) of the Agreement of 17 June 1991 between the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and the Republic of Austria on the facilitation of border handling in rail, road and water transport, on the establishment of forward border handling stations at Česká Budějovice, Kaplice, Horní Dvořiště, Summerau, Freistadt and Linz-main stations, as well as on border handling during the journey between the railway stations České Budějovice and Linz-main station.
The Arrangement entered into force in accordance with its Articles on 1 June 1994.
