Ministry of Foreign Affairs
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs states that on 27 March 1996 the Agreement between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic was signed in Prague to supplement the Indicative Divine Listin.1)
The Agreement entered into force on the date of signature on the basis of Article IV thereof.
The Czech version of the Agreement is hereby published at the same time.
AGREEMENT
between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic to supplement the Indicative Divine Charter
In accordance with the "Agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Slovak Republic on a further procedure to settle the balance of clearing accounts and to settle the balance of claims and liabilities of the entities of the two Republics after the expiry of the Payment Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic of 4 February 1993 ', signed in Brno on 14 December 1995, pursuant to Article I (3), the Vice-Presidents and Finance Ministers of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic agreed on an additional addition to the Indicative Goods Charter, which forms an integral part of the" Agreement', to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic.
The completion of the Indicative Divine List will cover the financing of the final location of the Slovak Republic representative office in Prague in Nerudova Street. It will represent the value of CZK 180 million, of which the difference between the prices of the buildings of the representative offices of the Czech Republic in Bratislava and the Slovak Republic in Prague will be determined CZK 28.3 million. The remaining amount of CZK 151.7 million will be spent on financing the own reconstruction of the building of the representative office of the Slovak Republic in Nerudova Street in Prague and financing of other activities connected with this reconstruction.
All deliveries connected with the reconstruction will come from Czech entities and will be of Czech origin.
The indicative list of goods shall be supplemented as follows:
- Item - No 3
- resort - Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic
- kind - reconstruction of the building of the representative office of the Slovak Republic in Prague and payment of the difference in prices of the representative offices of the Czech Republic in Bratislava and the Slovak Republic in Prague.
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of its signature.
Dane in Prague on 27 March 1996 in two original copies, each in Czech and Slovak languages, the two texts being equally authentic.
