President of the Czechoslovak Republic - Zdeněk Fierlinger, Ambassador to the Czechoslovak Republic in the Soviet Union,

The High Contracting Parties, agreed to unite in a policy of lasting friendship and friendly post-war cooperation, as well as mutual assistance, undertake to provide each other with both military and other assistance and support of all kinds in the current war against Germany and all those states associated with it in offensive acts in Europe.
The High Contracting Parties undertake not to enter into any negotiations with the Hitler Government or any other government in Germany that does not give up all the offensive intentions clearly, nor to negotiate without mutual agreement any ceasefire or peace treaty with Germany or any other state associated with it in offensive acts in Europe.
Confirming its pre-war policy of peace and mutual assistance, as expressed in their Treaty, signed in Prague on 16 May 1935, the High Contracting Parties undertake that, if one of them were to be brought into post-war events with Germany, which would restore its policy of "Drang nach Osten ', or any of the States that would connect with Germany directly or in any other form in such a war, the other High Contracting Party shall immediately provide the Contracting Party, which is so involved in war actions, with all military and other support and assistance that it has at its disposal.
The High Contracting Parties, bearing in mind the interests of the security of each of them, are agreed on close and friendly cooperation in the post-peace period, as well as in accordance with the principles of mutual respect for their independence and sovereignty, as well as non-interference in the internal affairs of the other State. They are agreed to develop on a scale as broad as possible their economic contacts and to provide each other with all possible economic assistance after the war.
Each of the High Contracting Parties undertakes not to make any alliance and not to participate in any coalition against the other High Contracting Party.
This Treaty shall enter into force immediately after signature and shall be subject to ratification within the shortest possible period; the exchange of instruments of ratification will be carried out in Moscow as soon as possible.
This Treaty shall remain in force for a period of 20 years from the date of signature, unless one of the High Contracting Parties has, at the end of the prescribed twenty-year period, made a notice of its wish to give notice of its intention to give notice of its intention to give notice of its intention to terminate the Treaty within 12 months of the expiry of the five-year period, the validity of which shall be extended for a further period of five years, and thus each time until one of the High Contracting Parties has made a written notice of its intention to terminate it.
