DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 5 January 1993
amending and supplementing the Ordinance of the Ministry of the Interior in matters of mantle management, use and change of name and use of state emblem and flag
The Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic pursuant to § 21 paragraph 1 and § 28 of Act No. 268 / 1949 Coll., on Matrices, § 9 of Act No. 55 / 1950 Coll., on the Use and Change of Name and Surname, and § 5 of the Act No. 68 / 1990 Coll., on the Use of the State Sign and the State Flag of the Czech Republic, provides:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of the Interior No 22 / 1977 Coll., which gives further provisions to the Matrix Act, as amended by Decree No 4 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 3 (2), the words "Czechoslovak citizen 'are replaced by the words" citizen of the Czech Republic'.
2. In Paragraph 3 (3), the promise reads:
"I promise to be faithful to the Czech Republic. I will uphold her laws and perform all duties associated with leading the mantle to the best of my knowledge. I will remain silent about all the facts that I will learn in my official work."
3. Article 6 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic oversees the performance of the matrices. '
4. In Paragraph 20 (6), the words "or Slovak 'are deleted.
5. In Paragraph 25 (3), the words "or Slovak 'are deleted.
6. in Section 28, the following shall be added: "except for records carried out by a special matrix (Section 61 (1)) ';
7. Article 32 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Matrix statements are issued in Czech language, even if the matrices are in another language."
8. Article 32 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) At the request of a person other than a Czech national whose name is registered in the matrix by 1 October 1959 in the Czech or Slovak language, the extract of the matrix shall state the name in its native language; This is marked in the matrix."
9. Paragraph 32 (3) shall be deleted.
10. In Paragraph 41 (6), the words "or Slovak" are deleted.
11. in Paragraph 47 (2), the words "or, exceptionally, in large cities, a local national committee worker" shall be deleted.
12. Article 61 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The birth, conclusion of marriage and death of citizens of the Czech Republic, which took place in the territory of foreign states, are registered in a special matrix led by the Brno City Council (hereinafter referred to as the" Special Matrix ")."
13. in § 61 (2), the words "Czechoslovak representative offices" are replaced by the words "representative offices of the Czech Republic."
14. in Paragraph 61 (4), the words "the Czechoslovak representative office" are replaced by the words "the representative office of the Czech Republic";
15. In Paragraph 61, paragraphs 7 to 9 are added after paragraph 6:
"(7) At the request of a natural person to issue a complete extract from the registration of the birth, marriage or death of a national citizen of the Slovak Republic, which took place before 31 December 1992, from a special matrix, this matrix
(a) issue the required document and send it to the applicant;
(b) the documents from the collection of documents shall be sent by the special matrix of the Slovak Republic,
(c) the registration in the special matrix shall be closed; further complete extracts shall no longer be issued.
(8) The documents relating to the change of registration concerning the Slovak Republic's national citizen shall be sent by the special matrix of the Slovak Republic, together with the relevant collection of documents, the registration shall be closed and other complete extracts shall no longer be issued.
(9) The closure of the entry shall be recorded in the column marked "Additional records and changes." ';
16. In Section 62, the words "Czech and Slovak Federal Republic 'are replaced by the words" Czech Republic'.
The Order of the Ministry of the Interior No 479 / 1950 Ú. l, which gives further provisions to the Law on Use and Change of Name, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, the words "or Slovak 'are deleted.
2. In Section 3, the words "or Slovak" are deleted.
3. Paragraph 7 (2) is deleted and paragraph 1 is deleted.
Decree of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic No. 435 / 1990 Coll., laying down details of the use of the national emblem and the national flag of the Czech Republic, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1 (6) shall be deleted. Paragraph 7 is renumbered paragraph 6.
2. In Paragraph 3 (2), the words "if not displayed together with the national flag of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic 'are deleted.
3. In Section 3 (4), the words "Czech and Slovak Federal Republic and 'are deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
