amending and supplementing Decree No 5 / 1957 of the Úl on the rules of navigation safety on inland waters
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to § 2 (3) of Act No. 152 / 1950 Coll., on the adaptation and safety of the operation of inland navigation, and pursuant to § 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Transport No. 51 / 1956 Coll., on inland navigation safety:
Decree No 5 / 1957 of the Ú. l., on the rules of navigation safety in inland waters, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 27, including the title, reads:
Rear lights of lifts
(1) The last unit of the tow shall bear, in addition to the peak light provided for in paragraph 26 (1), the stern light provided for in paragraph 23 (1) (c). The other units of the hinge shall also bear the rear light provided for in Paragraph 23 (1) (c); However, this rear light shall be sealed with matt glass.

(2) If the sidelined vessels are at the end of the tow, they must bear the rear light of each of them.

(3) If all hinge units are grouped only sideways to the tugboat, the rear light shall be carried by the tugboat and each towed unit. '

Article 31 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) Vessels sailing under a sail and simultaneously powered by their own machinery, as well as vessels using auxiliary propulsion machinery to sail, shall carry a black cone with a peak facing upwards as far as possible in order to be as visible as possible. The cone shall be at least 50 cm high and its base diameter shall be at least 30 cm high. '

3. Paragraph 65 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) If individual fields or parts of fixed bridges are marked
(a) by day:
two red and white square boards, on a peak, with white tips pointing towards the centre of the sailing field,
(b) at night
two permanent peripheral green lights, between which two-way (passing downstream and upstream) one yellow light is placed and one-way (passing downstream or upstream) two yellow lights above each other are placed,
The passage is only permitted between these signs. "

(4) Paragraph 65 shall be added in paragraph 6 of the following text:
"(6) On the low bridges there is a sign indicating the underpass height."

Signs and lights of standing vessels
(1) Vessels which stand outside the fairway, except for small vessels and rafts, must have white ordinary light on the fairway side at night with all sides visible.

(2) If more than one vessel is grouped alongside each other at shore, only the vessel closest to the fairway shall bear the light referred to in paragraph 1.
(3) Vessels moored in the fairway must be marked in accordance with § 78 (1) and (2). '

Annex 1 to Decree No 5 / 1957 of the ÚL is amended as follows:
Article 14 A (1) (c) reads as follows:
"(c) the Labi between Veletov and Mělnik in water states higher than 2.50 m for water in Brandýs nad Labem,"
2. the following paragraph 2 shall be added to Article 14 A:
"(2) The Elbe cruise between Veletov and Mělnik is limited as follows:
(a) in the case of water conditions between 1.50 m and 2.00 m in the case of watercourses in Brandýse nad Labem, a voyage with a maximum of one boat in the suspension is permitted;
(b) in the case of water conditions between 2,00 m and 2,50 m for water in Brandýse nad Labem, the voyage of individual vessels is permitted only if they are powered by their own machinery; the movement of lifts in these water conditions shall be prohibited. ';
The amendments and additions to the image representation of characters and lights (Annex 3 to Decree No 5 / 1957 of the Ú. l.) are contained in the Annex.
This Decree shall take effect from 15 April 1960; until the change of the marking pursuant to § 65 (2) (b) has been made, they shall be mandatory for passing through the existing signs of individual fields or parts of fixed bridges.
