amending Government Regulation No. 137 / 2015 Coll., on other cases in which a person may be admitted to temporary employment
The Government mandates for the implementation of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on the Civil Service, as amended by Act No. 131 / 2015 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under Act No. 199 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2015 Coll., Act No. 26 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 47 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 137 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 190 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 195 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 298 / 2016 Coll., Act No. 302 / 2016 Coll., and Act No. 319 / 2016 Coll.:
In Section 3 of the Government Decree No. 137 / 2015 Coll., on other cases in which a person may be admitted to temporary employment, paragraph 1 reads as follows:
"(1) A person may be admitted to the service referred to in Article 2 (a) for a period of time for which a temporary task of the Office must be carried out, but not more than 7 years. This period may be extended, with the consent of a civil servant, by the period of extended time for which the temporary task of the Office must be carried out. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
