"12th grade

7. The following point 1.05.06 is added to the Annex, point B (1) of Part 1.05:

6th grade
1. Support for individuals and families at risk of social exclusion in the basic areas of health care under the supervision of a social or other professional worker, seeking ways of communicating with institutions providing health and social services, and facilitating access to primary health care services for practitioners, dentists and gynecologists, and support for preventive examinations.
2. Provision of assistance to persons at risk of social exclusion in ensuring the necessary documents for access to the public health care system, including negotiations with health insurance companies, and information on the rights and obligations of a participant in public health insurance, including the importance and rights of periodic preventive inspections.
7th Grade
1. Search for families and individuals at risk of social exclusion in situations of acute health threats or suffering from chronic and long-term unresolved health and social problems and mediation of the provision of health and health services. Providing support, assistance and communication in the search for specialists for both acute and chronic problems.
2. Intermediate access to prenatal and postnatal care for women and children at risk of social exclusion and education of parents or legal representatives in the care of the newborn.
3. Intermediating the submission of applications and providing health and compensation aids and the necessary benefits and financial contributions to persons at risk of social exclusion related to health restrictions.
4. Provision of information to persons at risk of social exclusion on compliance with the prescribed treatment regime, including diets and specific regime measures, on compulsory and optional immunisation programmes for children and adolescents against infectious diseases and on available screening programmes under public health insurance and the motivation of the target group to participate in those programmes.
5. Ensuring culturally relevant education in particularly sensitive areas of health for the target group concerning planned parenthood, sexual health, prevention of domestic violence, prevention of cancer and prevention and treatment of addiction.
6. Intermediate communication between persons and families at risk of social exclusion and specialised facilities such as psychiatric hospitals, drug facilities, diagnostic institutes, counseling for cancer patients, HIV-positive persons etc.
8th Grade
1. Comprehensive performance of the health care support agenda for elderly or people with severe diseases or disabilities.
2. Intermediate solutions to complex housing problems affecting the health of persons at risk of social exclusion, including effective communication and interconnection of services of public health authorities (KHS), health institutions (SAO), construction offices (SAO), employment offices (SAO) or other institutions.
3. Providing support in addressing discrimination in access to the health services of persons at risk of social exclusion.
4. Systematic development of skills leading to long-term sustainable self-care in individuals and families at risk of social exclusion.
5. Increasing health literacy and motivating specific behavioural changes to benefit a healthy lifestyle in areas of healthy movement, sleep and rest, mental health care, healthy children's development and a suitable diet.
9. grade
1. Coordination and guidance of health promotion, health prevention or health prevention services and their type availability on sites with a significant number of people at risk of social exclusion.
2. Coordination and development of short-term, medium-term or long-term plans of programmes and activities to promote the health and health prevention of municipalities for persons at risk of social exclusion. "
8. In Annex B, Part 2.03, Section 2.03.02, to the 10th grade, point 5 is replaced by the following: "Control of compliance with the provisions for handling non-classified and non-classified documents of foreign authority for paper and electronic documents."
9. In Annex B, Part 2, point 2.04, point 2.04.23 of the title above the sign of point 1, the words "grade 'are replaced by the words" grade'.
10. The following point 14 is inserted after point 13 in point B of Part 2.10 of Part 2.10.13 of the Annex to the 11th grade:
"14. Representation of a guardian or minor guardian in litigation. '.
11. The following point 15 is inserted after point 14 in point B of Part 2.10 of Part 2.10.13 11 of the Annex:
"15. Exclamation of an oral and written form of informed consent to the provision of emergency care for a guardian or minor guardian. ';
12. In the Annex to point B of Part 2 of Part 2.10 of point 2.10.22 of the 14th grade of point 13, the dot is added at the end.
13. In Annex B, Part 2, point 2.11, point 2.11.03, sixth grade, point 7, the dot after the word "floor plan 'is replaced by a comma.
14. In Annex point B, Part 2, Part 2.16, point 2.16.02, 10th grade, point 1, the words "training plans' are replaced by the words" programmes for the development of the child's personality '.
15. In the Annex, point B (2) of Part 2.16, point 2.16.02, of the 12th grade, the following point 3 is added:
'3. Self-determination of diagnostic and educational methods and comprehensive provision of special educational activities provided to children with signs of serious behavioural disorder and ordered constitutional education or imposed protection of education, including the separate creation and application of an individual programme for the development of the child's personality. "
16. The following point 2.16.10 is added to the Annex to point B (2) of Part 2.16:
"2.16.10. SOCIAL PEDAGOG
Grade 10
1. Targeted search for children, pupils and students with educational, educational, relationship or other personal problems and with the need for support in education because of different cultural and living conditions, the impact of a risk environment or other negative effects on the development of children, pupils or students.
2. Disclosure and identification of risk phenomena and adverse situations with negative effects on children, pupils and students.
3. Application of knowledge of social pedagogical diagnostics in solving educational, educational, relationship or other personal problems of children, pupils or students.
4. Providing social pedagogical advice and support.
5. The implementation of social pedagogical preventive or intervention activities or the provision of support in the event of a potential threat to children, pupils and students by risk phenomena, difficult situations or other forms of threat to their healthy development.
11th grade
1. Providing social pedagogical diagnostics, prevention and intervention in the field of risk behaviour, educational difficulties, school failures, negative relationships and unsatisfied needs of the child, pupil or student and at risk.
2. Design, preparation and implementation of support activities and measures and mediation of assistance to children, pupils and students in addressing their educational, relationship and other personal problems arising from different cultural and living conditions, the exposure of the risk environment or other negative effects on the development of children, pupils or students.
3. Providing support in managing crisis or otherwise difficult life situations to children, pupils or students caused by risk phenomena and difficult situations or other forms of endangering their healthy development.
4. Providing social pedagogical advice to teachers.
5. The implementation of preventive, intervention, support and advisory activities in the context of social pedagogical work with the student's family in the family and local background.
12th Grade
1. Methodological guidance and coordination of teaching staff, possibly legal representatives in the provision of social pedagogical care, implementation of preventive measures and management of difficult living and risk situations and educational, educational and relationship difficulties for children, pupils and students.
2. Providing comprehensive social pedagogical care to children, pupils or students at risk of social pathology, domestic violence, or child abuse syndrome, and coordinating interdisciplinary cooperation in their support.
Grade 13
1. The creation of basic concepts of the system of social pedagogical services in education.
2. Coordination and methodological guidance of the development of social pedagogical care at regional level. "
17. The following point 2.17.05 is added to the Annex to point B (2) of Part 2.17:

1. Coordination and independent implementation of activities in the construction and maintenance of geodetic foundations of the Czech Republic.

12th Grade
1. Comprehensive design of methods and procedures for obtaining, implementing and processing spatial data and obtaining spatial information.
2. Design and implementation of data processing procedures for global navigation satellite systems and data remote sensing earth.
3. Design methods of creating basic or thematic digital maps.
Grade 13
1. Coordination of central services over data of global navigation satellite systems or over data of long-range Earth exploration.
2. Coordination of data collection from global navigation satellite systems or Earth remote sensing within the EU and NATO.
3. Coordination of national and international geodetic reference systems and frameworks projects within the EU and NATO. '
18. In the Annex, point B (2) of Part 2.19, point 2.19.01, the third grade is deleted.
19. In Annex point B, Part 2, Part 2.19, point 2.19.01, 3rd grade, point 1 is deleted.
20. In Part 2.19, Part 2.19.01, Part 2.19.01, Section 1 of the Annex to Part B, the words "in particular with reduced mobility or immobile, incontinent or severe changes in mental status, or with severe disability, as the case may be 'are deleted.
21. The following point 6 is inserted after point 5 of point B of Part 2.19 of Part 2.19.13 of the 11th grade:
'6. The provision and conduct of practical training and the provision and conduct of an adaptation process in activities which may be carried out by a general nurse after having acquired specific professional competence or pedagogical education. ';
22. In Annex, point B, Part 2, Part 2.19, the title of point 2.19.13 is added:

23. In the Annex, point B (2) of Part 2.19, point 2.19.13, of the 13th grade, the following point 1 is added:

31. The following point 4 is inserted after point 3 of point B of Part 2.19 of Part 2.19.19 of the 11th grade:

32. The following point 3 is inserted after point 2 of point B of Part 2.19 of Part 2.19.20 of the 11th grade:
