DECLARATION
of 11 October 2021
amending Decree No. 246 / 2001 Coll., on the establishment of conditions for fire safety and performance of state fire control (Fire Prevention Order), as amended, and Decree No. 328 / 2001 Coll., on certain details of the security of the integrated rescue system, as amended by Decree No. 429 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides, pursuant to Section 101 (a) of Act No. 133 / 1985 Coll., on Fire Protection, as amended by Act No. 203 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 237 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2015 Coll. and Act No. 229 / 2016 Coll., ("the Fire Protection Act ') for the implementation of Section 6c and Section 15 (2) of the Fire Protection Act, and under Section 35 (2) of Act No. 239 / 2000 Coll., on the Integrated Rescue System and amending certain laws (" the Integrated Rescue System Act') for the implementation of Section 5 (4 of the Integrated Rescue System Act:
Amendment of the Fire Prevention Order
Decree No. 246 / 2001 Coll., establishing the conditions of fire safety and performance of state fire control (Fire Prevention Order), as amended by Decree No. 221 / 2014 Coll. and Decree No. 19 / 2021 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 11 (2) (a), the words "emergency call number (fire alarm)" shall be replaced by "emergency number (fire alarm number)";
2. In Paragraph 11 (2) (b), the words "emergency calls' are replaced by the words" emergency communications'.
3. in Paragraph 32 (2) (e):
"(e) emergency numbers,"
Amendment of the Decree on certain details of the security of the integrated rescue system
Decree No 328 / 2001 Coll., on certain details of the security of the integrated rescue system, as amended by Decree No 429 / 2003 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 12 (1) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "emergency call received to him 'are replaced by" emergency communication received to him'.
2. In Paragraph 12 (2), the words "transfer emergency calls' are replaced by the words" transfer emergency communications which '.
3. in Paragraph 13 (a):
"(a) ensure receipt of emergency communication on the single European emergency number 112 and national emergency number 150,"
footnote 18 is deleted.
EFFECTIVE
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.
