of 18 December 1998
amending Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for issuing official authorisations for the import and export of goods and services, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 56 paragraph 1 (b) of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
Decree No. 560 / 1991 Coll., on the conditions for the issue of official authorisation for the import and export of goods and services, as amended by Decree No. 130 / 1993 Coll., No. 300 / 1993 Coll., No. 88 / 1994 Coll., No. 175 / 1994 Coll., No. 192 / 1995 Coll., No. 156 / 1996 Coll., No. 115 / 1997 Coll., No. 233 / 1997 Coll., No. 56 / 1998 Coll., No. 141 / 1998 Coll. and No. 261 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex A / I, Part I, the following entries are added before the entry "1701 cane or beet sugar and chemically pure sucrose - originating in the Slovak Republic ':

2. In Annex A / II, Part II, under heading 1001, the words "with the exception of subheading 1001 90 99 10 - food wheat - originating in the Republic of Hungary, 1001 90 99 10 - feed wheat originating in the Republic of Hungary and 1001 90 99 90 - wheat other than that of the Republic of Hungary 'shall be inserted after the words" Common wheat'.
Goods originating in the Republic of Hungary shall be those which satisfy the conditions laid down in a special law, unless the international convention to which the Czech Republic is bound results otherwise.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
