DECLARATION
of 22 August 2025
amending Decree No. 296 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for the equipment of the health transport service provider, the health rescue service provider and the patient transport provider by means of transport and the requirements for such means of transport, as amended by Decree No. 110 / 2025 Coll.
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to Section 120 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Act on Health Services), as amended by Act No. 111 / 2019 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 240 / 2024 Coll., for the implementation of Section 11 (7) of the Act on Health Services:
Decree No. 296 / 2012 Coll., on the requirements for the equipment of the health transport service provider, the health rescue service provider and the patient transport of emergency care by means of transport and the requirements for such means of transport, as amended by Decree No. 110 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Point 3.2 of Part I (A) (3) of the Annex reads as follows:
| „3.2. | Ve střední části předních dveří k podélné ose vozidla je vozidlo označeno nápisem „ZDRAVOTNICKÁ DOPRAVNÍ SLUŽBA“ a ve druhém řádku pod tímto nápisem názvem poskytovatele zdravotnické dopravní služby provedeným v černé barvě o výšce písmen nejméně 15 mm.“. |
2. In point 4.1 of Section B (4) of Part I of the Annex, the third sentence is deleted.
3. In point 4.2 of Section B (4) of the Annex, the last sentence is replaced by "The letter height shall be 15 mm or more '.
4. In point 2.8 of Section A (2) of the Annex to Part II, the words "12-ti seawater 'are replaced by the words" 12-seawater'.
5. In the Annex to point 2.11 of Section A (2) of Part II, the words "oxygen nasal goggles' are deleted.
6. In point 2.13 of the Annex to Section A (2) of Part II, "bužii 'is replaced by" bužie'.
7. In point 2.53 of Part II (A) (2) of the Annex, the words "radio station or 'are deleted.
8. Point 2.56 of Part II (A) (2) of the Annex reads as follows:

10. Point 3.4 of Part II (A) (3) of the Annex reads as follows:

Toto označení může být nahrazeno znakem poskytovatele zdravotních služeb o rozměru nejméně 200 mm.“. |
11. In the second sentence of point 3.8 of Section A (3) of the Annex, the words "if technically possible with regard to the structure of the vehicle 'are inserted after the words" the upper edge of the bodywork' and the third sentence is replaced by the words "The inscription is made on the front of the bodywork in green colour and on the back of the bodywork in red colour '.
12. In the first sentence of point 3.9 of Section A (3) of the Annex, the word "mark 'is replaced by" character' and the number "280 'is replaced by" 200' and in the second sentence the word "call sign 'is replaced by" call sign'.
13. Point 5.4 of Part II (B) (5) of the Annex reads as follows:
| „5.4. | Ve střední části předních dveří k podélné ose vozidla je vozidlo označeno nápisem „ZDRAVOTNICKÁ ZÁCHRANNÁ SLUŽBA“ a ve druhém řádku pod tímto nápisem názvem zřizovatele zdravotnické záchranné služby provedeným v černé barvě o výšce písmen nejméně 15 mm. 14. In the sentence of point 5.8 of Section B of the Annex, the first words "front and 'and the second words" between the lower edge of the windscreen and the lower edge of the bodywork and' shall be deleted; in the third sentence, the word "green 'shall be replaced by" red' and the last sentence shall be deleted.
15. In the first sentence of point 5.9 of the Annex to Part II (B) (5), the word "mark 'shall be replaced by" character' and the number "280 'shall be replaced by" at least 200' and in the second sentence the words "call sign 'shall be replaced by" call sign'.
16. In paragraph 1 of Section C of Part II of the Annex, the words "or type C mobile intensive care units' shall be inserted after the words" type B '.
17. In point 2.2 of Section F (2) of the Annex to Part II, "300 'is replaced by" 200'.
18. In point 2.5 of Section F (2) of the Annex, the third sentence is replaced by the following: "The inscription is made on the front of the bodywork in green and on the back of the bodywork in red."
19. Point 1.2 of Part II of Section G (1) reads as follows:

20. Point 3.2 of the Annex to Part III (3) reads as follows:
| „3.2. | Ve střední části předních dveří k podélné ose vozidla je vozidlo označeno nápisem „PŘEPRAVA PACIENTŮ NEODKLADNÉ PÉČE“ a ve druhém řádku pod tímto nápisem názvem zřizovatele přepravy pacientů neodkladné péče provedeným v černé barvě o výšce písmen 15 mm. Toto označení může být nahrazeno znakem poskytovatele zdravotních služeb o rozměru nejméně 200 mm.“. |
21. In the first sentence of point 3.6 of the Annex to Part III (3), the word "mark 'is replaced by the word" character'; in the second sentence, the word "280 'is replaced by" at least 200'; in the third sentence, the word "call sign 'is replaced by the word" call sign'.
Transitional provisions
1. The requirements for the colour execution of means of transport as set out in the Annex to Decree No. 296 / 2012 Coll., as effective from the date of entry into force of this Order, shall not apply to vehicles registered in the Czech Republic until 31 December 2026.
2. For means of transport registered in the Czech Republic until 31 December 2026, as from 1 January 2027, the requirement for technical and material equipment referred to in point 2.56 of Section A of Part II of the Annex to Decree No. 296 / 2012 Coll., as effective until 31 December 2026 shall apply.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication, with the exception of Article I (9), which shall take effect on 1 January 2027.
