on the timetables for cableway installations
The Federal Ministry of Transport provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways, § 319 and § 508 (1) of Civil Code No. 40 / 1964 Coll. and § 392 (3) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. as amended by § 37 / 1971 Coll.:

General provisions
§ 1
Scope of the cableway transport schedule
The rules of carriage of cableway installations (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulations') apply to the carriage of passengers, baggage and mail on all land and hanging cableway installations, except cableway installations serving only the operational needs of the organisation, and cableway hauls .1)
§ 2
The Transport Regulations detail the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the carrier, passengers and carriers when transporting on cableway installations. Under the terms of the transporter, the consignor or the consignee of the consignment shall be understood as being in this transport order.
§ 3
Goods excluded from transport
The following shall be excluded from transport:
(a) dangerous substances and articles which, by their characteristics, may cause damage to the cabin or seat or other cableway installations or to consignments, as well as to human or animal health or property damage; explosives, incendiary, flammable, toxic, radioactive and corrosive substances or articles as well as rotting, odour or other resistance substances;
(b) articles which, by their size, weight or presentation, are not suitable for carriage in a cab or seat or in a trolley;
(c) other substances and articles the transport of which is prohibited by the laws, regulations or measures of the public authorities.
§ 4
Authorisations of carrier personnel
(1) The staff of the carrier of the measures shall be entitled to give the necessary instructions to passengers in the interests of safety and continuity of transport. These are, in particular, instructions concerning the boarding and disembarkation, the location of passengers in the cabin or in the seats, the release of certain space in the cabin, the admission of luggage to transport and their storage and maintenance of calm and order.
(2) Authorised personnel may carry out operations to ensure and control compliance with the conditions of carriage and tariff; These actions include identification of passengers.
§ 5
Interruptions and restrictions
Any interruption or temporary restriction on the operation of the cableway installation shall be notified by the carrier by means of a notice message at all cableway stations and according to local conditions and other appropriate locations, preferably in advance, no later than one hour after the interruption or restriction.

Passenger transport and luggage
§ 6
Right of transport
A passenger who fulfils the conditions laid down in the timetable and the cableway tariff (hereinafter referred to as the "fare ') shall be entitled to transport.
§ 7
Child transport
(1) The transport of children up to 10 years of age without an escort of a passenger older than 15 years is permitted only if he submits a written statement from parents or a citizen who has taken care of the child replacing the care of the parents that he agrees that the child should use cableway (e.g. to school) unaccompanied by a person over 15 years of age.
(2) In the case of carriage on cableway cableway tracks, the child shall not be entitled to a separate seat, where appropriate, and shall be carried on the lap of a passenger over 15 years of age.
(3) The passenger is entitled to free transport of one child up to 5 years of age. They'll pay half the regular fare for every other child under the age of 5. For the transport of children from 5 to 10 years of age, a fare equal to half the normal fare is paid. For children over 10 years of age, a normal fare is paid.
(4) For cableway installations declared to be part of urban public transport:
(a) a written declaration as referred to in paragraph 1 is not required;
(b) the transport of children under 10 years of age shall be carried out under the same conditions as in urban public transport. 1)
§ 8
Tickets
(1) The ticket must have the following information:
(a) the starting and destination stations;
(b) driving direction (up, down, driving in both directions),
(c) fare,
(d) the period of validity;
(e) the day of issue,
(f) ticket number,
(g) the type of discount.
(2) Replacement tickets may not have an indication of the period of validity.
(3) The ticket is valid only from the station where it was purchased and to the station marked as the destination. The period of validity of tickets and the different types of fare shall be fixed by a tariff.
(4) For carriage on a cableway, which has been declared to be part of public transport, tickets of the operator of the relevant urban runway may be used under the same conditions as in public transport. 2)
(5) If the ticket is in the name, it is not possible; If it does not appear in the name, it shall be capable of being used only before the start of the journey.
(6) Tickets are issued at the boarding station at the ticket dispenser.
(7) The ticket delivery must be opened at least 30 minutes before the first journey. If the dispensary is closed for serious reasons, the passenger shall purchase a ticket from the carrier's worker on the platform before boarding the journey.
(8) The passenger is obliged to carry a valid ticket during the journey and at the time of leaving the cab or seat.
(9) The passenger is obliged to present a ticket or a ticket for the fare discount at any time during the cab ride and at the time of exit from the cab or seat.
(10) Passengers without a valid ticket who do not comply with the obligation to pay the fare and freight and, where applicable, the fixed amounts before the start of the journey may be excluded from transport. Passengers on a cableway that has been declared part of public transport, if it cannot be demonstrated by a valid ticket, will pay 100 CZK and fare.
(11) Passengers without a valid ticket who refuse to pay the fare and freight, where appropriate, of the fixed amounts after the start of the journey shall be obliged to prove their identity to the authorised worker for the additional recovery of the amounts due.
(12) For the written recovery of the fare, ticket, or fixed amount, where applicable, the carrier shall levy a fee for each written invitation or reminder provided for in the tariff.
(13) A ticket whose data have been tampered with or which is damaged or contaminated in such a way that the necessary information is not visible or that passengers fail to comply with the conditions laid down for its use.
§ 9
Exclusion of persons from transport
(1) They shall not have access to the cab or to the cableway seat or may be excluded from transport except in accordance with § 7 (1) and § 8 (11).
(a) persons under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic drugs, persons who do not retain the provisions of these Regulations, rules on the technical operation of cableway installations and tariffs, persons who do not heed instructions given by authorised personnel in the performance of their service in the interests of safety, order and calm;
(b) persons who, for disease, for extreme pollution of clothing or for other reasons, might be a nuisance to other passengers.
(2) If, before commencing transport, an authorised worker finds that a passenger has taken with him to the cabin or to the seat of the substance or objects referred to in § 3 (a) and (c), he shall be entitled to exclude the passenger from the carriage without the right to return the fare. If this is found during or after transport, the passenger shall pay an amount of 60 CZK and shall be liable for any damage caused under the general rules.
§ 10
Timetables
(1) The carrier shall be obliged to post timetables at all stations, which shall contain at least the following information:
(a) the name of the carrier;
(b) the date from which the timetable applies;
(c) station names,
(d) the time of departure and arrival on each shuttle ride;
(e) the time of start of individual cableway trips of the circulatory system;
(f) special driving conditions.
(2) The carrier shall make permanent changes to the timetable in time and legibly in all timetables. Temporary changes to the timetable shall be notified by the carrier at all cableway stations by means of a special notice.
§ 11
Exceptional journeys
(1) Exceptional travel may be arranged under the conditions set out in the timetable or on the notice.
(2) Each passenger is obliged to have a valid ticket during an emergency ride.
(3) The scheduled cableway journey according to the timetable must not be interrupted by an exceptional journey.
(4) The carrier may refuse to make an emergency journey in particular where this is undesirable for its operational reasons.
§ 12
Obligations of the carrier
(1) The carrier is obliged to carry out the carriage of passengers with professional care. In particular, it is required to ensure the safety of passengers and order and rest in the cabin and in the seats.
(2) The carrier shall establish waiting rooms, information offices, sanitary facilities and similar facilities according to the extent of the transport for passengers.
(3) The carrier shall ensure that the waiting rooms are opened at least 30 minutes before each first scheduled journey in accordance with the timetable.
(4) The carrier in the cableway cabin shall reserve and mark two places for people with severe health problems.
(5) The carrier is obliged to post extracts from these timetable and tariffs. The carrier shall also provide, on request by the passenger, information related to the transport.
§ 13
Obligations of passengers
(1) Passengers are obliged to maintain the caution of the appropriate type of cableway track and the nature of its operation, to follow the regulations and to follow the instructions given by authorised workers in the interests of transport safety, order and rest.
(2) When travelling, passengers shall not:
(a) to open and close cabin doors or to roll out of cabin windows;
(b) to open the seat cap or swing on it and roll out of it;
(c) throw away any items from the cabin or seat;
(d) smoking in the cab and on the seat.
(3) If the passengers breach the prohibitions referred to in the second paragraph and, despite the warning of the authorised worker, continue the prohibited conduct, they will pay an amount of 30 Kns.
(4) Passengers shall be allowed to board the cabin or the seat and to leave it only in the designated position. When boarding, it decides the order in which passengers came to the cab or seat.
(5) Passengers may only open the seat cap when leaving on site at the cableway station designated for this purpose.
(6) If the cab or seat is stopped between the stations on the track, passengers shall await the continuation of the journey or instructions given by authorised personnel.
(7) Passengers shall be required to hold each other while driving in the cabin and on the chair of hinges and supports intended for that purpose.
(8) Smoking is prohibited in waiting rooms, social and cultural facilities and shelters for children.
(9) It shall be prohibited to take articles and live animals which are not allowed to be taken to the cabin or to the seat.
(10) It is forbidden to take live animals, skis, sledges to cultural and social facilities, children's shelters and waiting rooms for mothers with children.
(11) A passenger who has caused damage to or pollution to the cabin, seat or other equipment of the carrier shall be obliged to make good the damage and to pay an amount of 30 CZK in the event of intentional damage or pollution. A sum of the same amount shall be paid by the person who, in spite of the warning of the authorised worker, continues to act as referred to in paragraphs 8 to 10 or in any other act threatening safety or disturbing the continuity of transport.
§ 14
Handbags
(1) The passenger has the right to take items easily portable, such as travel suitcases, travel bags, interpreters, cardboard boxes and other items weighing less than 10 kg when transported in a cab or weighing less than 5 kg when transported on a seat, as a free of charge, as hand luggage, unless their dimensions make safe or impossible transport. Articles and substances referred to in Section 3 are excluded from transport as hand luggage.
(2) The passenger shall have the right to bring one ski with him to the cabin or to the seat free of charge, except for the items referred to in paragraph 1. The passenger is obliged to mark the skis in his / her name and address when carrying skis in the cab in a special place or in a wheelchair.
(3) Persons authorised to carry a firearm may take the appropriate amount of ammunition with them to the cabin or to the seat.
(4) For cableway cableway installations, ski guides load and unload cableway installations.
(5) The authorised worker shall have the right, in the presence of a passenger or other person as a witness, to ascertain the nature of the substances and articles which the passenger has taken with him to the cabin or to the seat, if there are serious grounds for suspecting that the provisions of Section 3 of these Regulations have been infringed.
(6) The loading, unloading and supervision of the hand luggage carried by the passenger is for the passenger; However, passengers shall not be allowed to supervise skis placed in accordance with the second sentence of paragraph 2.
(7) On the ground cableway, which has been declared to be part of urban public transport, carriage of baby carriages is carried out under the same conditions as in urban public transport.3)
§ 15
Travel baggage
(1) For carriage as a luggage, the carrier accepts items which can be easily loaded and which are not excluded from carriage in accordance with § 3 if the cableway is adapted for such transport.
(2) Travel baggage may consist of a maximum of three pieces per passenger. The weight of one piece or bundle of skis shall not exceed 15 kg.
(3) The luggage must be packed in such a way (except that which may be presented for carriage in unpacked) that the contents are protected from loss, damage, damage to persons, damage to cableway equipment and other baggage or other objects.
(4) The carrier shall also accept as travel baggage the following unpacked items: children's carriages, children's carriages, folding or two-wheel carriages, couches, skis, sledges and skiboes, if the cableway is adapted for their carriage. The carrier may exclude these objects from transport due to the adjustment of the cableway.
(5) The luggage is transported on a baggage note for import, calculated on the basis of the fare of the cableway. On submission, the passenger will present a valid ticket.
(6) The carrier shall not be obliged to examine the condition of the luggage and the adequacy of the packaging when accepting luggage for transport. However, if it finds a fault, it will alert the passenger. If the passenger does not remove it, the carrier will not accept the luggage for transport.
(7) Each piece of luggage shall be marked with the passenger's permanent and legible address. If the baggage is not marked in this way, the authorised passenger worker shall invite the passenger to mark the baggage; If passengers do not do so, the carrier shall not accept the baggage for transport.
(8) When carrying luggage for transport, the carrier shall determine the number of items and the total weight of the baggage free of charge, unless they are fixed for the calculation of the import unit weight.
(9) If the carrier is unable to carry the luggage on the same journey with the passenger, it shall transport it by the nearest appropriate timetable.
(10) The carrier shall load and unload the luggage carried on the baggage note.
(11) The carrier may, by means of a sign at the cableway stations, indicate which journeys are not allowed to carry luggage or are restricted.
(12) Upon receipt of the luggage for transport and payment of the import charge, the carrier shall issue the passenger a ticket. At the destination station, the carrier shall issue the luggage to the passenger after returning the luggage note.
(13) The passenger must remove the luggage immediately. If this is not the case immediately upon arrival of the cab or the wheelchair to which it was transported, the carrier shall keep it free of charge for no more than one hour. At the end of that period, the carrier shall charge a fare for the storage of the luggage.
(14) If the passenger is unable to produce a luggage note, the carrier shall issue him a luggage if the passenger can prove that he is entitled to take the luggage and submit the required declaration.
(15) If transport is impossible in circumstances involving the nature of natural disasters or weather conditions or disturbances of cableway installations, the passenger shall be obliged to remove the luggage at the dispatching station and return the baggage note. At the request of the passenger, the carrier shall issue the luggage at the station in front of the non-driving section.
§ 16
Transport of live animals
(1) Unless special regulations prevent this, the passenger may take with him to the cabin or on the seat as hand luggage small domestic and other small animals, if they are in cages, baskets or other suitable containers with impermeable floor and if their transport is not a problem for passengers (e.g. odour). The provisions on the transport of luggage shall apply to the transport of containers from animals.
(2) Only the dog can be taken into the cab or on the seat without a shower. There can only be one dog in the cabin; must have a muzzle and be held on a leash.
(3) If the dog is transported on a chairlift on a loose adjacent or other loose seat or in a trolley, it shall have a muzzle and shall be fastened so that it cannot jump.
(4) The carriage of a dog brought by a passenger to a cabin, to a seat or transported in a cableway truck shall be subject to the payment of a fare equal to half the normal fare. A ticket shall be issued to the passenger for the freight paid. There is no charge for dogs accompanying blind people. On the cable track, which has been declared part of public transport, the transport fee for the dog is paid at the same rate as in the public transport. 4)
(5) The carrier may, for serious reasons, exclude dogs from transport for a transitional period. This authorisation of the carrier shall not apply to service dogs, mountain dogs and dogs accompanying the blind. The carrier shall notify the exclusion of dogs from the transport by means of a sign at the cableway stations and indicate in the timetable.

Transport of consignments
§ 17
Delivery and delivery of consignments
(1) The carrier shall take over consignments which are not excluded from transport under the provisions of Section 3 and which can be safely transported due to the size, volume, weight, quantity and other characteristics of the cableway.
(2) Individual consignments shall not weigh more than 15 kg and the whole consignment shall not weigh more than 300 kg.
(3) Each consignment must be marked with the transporter's durable and legible address.
(4) The prior consent of the carrier, which shall determine the time and place of receipt of the consignment for transport, shall be required to submit the consignment.
(5) The consignment is presented by the carrier for transport with a transport document, which he will fill in legibly according to the pre-print and is responsible for the information contained in the transport document.
(6) If the carrier does not indicate the weight of the consignment in the transport document, the carrier shall identify it by retraction or estimate it. The fee shall be calculated on the basis of the tariff.
(7) The transport contract shall result in the acceptance of a consignment for transport with a transport document.
(8) The carrier shall confirm receipt of the consignment for transport on the transport document by means of the stamp of the dispatch station with the date of receipt, immediately after submitting the whole consignment indicated in the transport document and after payment of the ticket. Upon payment of the transport charge, the carrier shall issue a duplicate of the transport document to the carrier.
(9) The consignment shall be loaded by the transporter and unloaded by the carrier, unless otherwise provided for by an agreement or by local arrangements of the carrier. The carrier may exceptionally take over the consignment for transport if the individual cuts weigh more than 15 kg while respecting the total weight of 300 kg of the whole consignment. Such consignment must be loaded and unloaded by the transporter. The carrier shall be responsible for the damage caused by the carriage on the cabin or seat or other consignment or by the cableway installation during loading.
(10) If the carrier loads or unloads the consignment for the carrier, he shall charge the charges set by the fare.
§ 18
Medicinal consignments
(1) The carrier shall withdraw the consignment immediately upon arrival of the cabin or seat to which the consignment was transported.
(2) The carrier is not obliged to report to the carrier the arrival of the consignment. However, the carrier may negotiate a written reporting agreement with the carrier.
(3) The carrier shall confirm receipt of the consignment on the relevant part of the transport document or other required document. Upon confirmation, the carrier shall issue the relevant part of the transport document.
(4) If the carrier does not remove the consignment, the carrier will store it in a safe place. The carrier shall charge the charges set by the fare for storage.

Liability of transport
§ 19
General provisions
(1) The carrier is responsible for the transport contract to passengers and transporters and passengers and transporters are responsible for the transport contract to carriers in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Civil Code or of the Economic Code and these Regulations.
(2) The carrier is liable for damage caused by carried luggage or a consignment by total or partial loss or damage during the period from take-over to transport until issue.
(3) Carriers shall be relieved of their liability for loss or damage if loss or damage is caused by:
(a) circumstances which the carrier could not avert (e.g. earthquakes, landslides, floods, lightning strikes, snowstorms);
(b) passengers or transporters (when loading or unloading),
(c) the fate of the consignment;
(d) the contents of the container or package,
(e) the specific nature of the consignment (e.g. fragility of goods, rot, rust, steam, drying, injury or death in live animals).
(4) The carrier shall be responsible for proving that the loss or damage is due to the causes referred to in paragraph 3 (a), (b) and (c). The carrier shall prove that the damage was not caused by the cause referred to in paragraph 3 (d) and (e).
§ 20
Loss of consignment
(1) Travel baggage shall be deemed lost if it has not been issued to the passenger within two days of the date on which it was taken over for carriage.
(2) The consignment or part thereof is deemed to be lost if the consignee has not been issued within 10 days and if the goods are subject to a rapid deterioration within two days of the date on which the consignment was taken over for transport.
§ 21
Amount of compensation for loss and damage to luggage and mail
(1) At the request of the passenger (s), the carrier will only pay for the loss or damage of the luggage (s). The determination of the amount of damage shall be based on the price at the time of loss or damage, taking into account the degree of wear.
(2) If the passenger (s) cannot prove the price of the luggage (s), the carrier will pay him, at the request of the passenger (s), in respect of a maximum of 20 CZK per kilogram of weight.
§ 22
Complaints
(1) The right from the carriage of passengers, their baggage and their consignments shall apply to the carrier concerned.
(2) A passenger may exercise the right to:
(a) the reimbursement of the fare, if it presents the relevant valid ticket;
(b) compensation for loss or damage to the luggage provided that the baggage note is presented and, in the event of partial loss or damage, a registration.
(3) The carrier may exercise the right to compensation for the loss or damage of the consignment if he submits a copy of the transport document or, where appropriate, a duplicate of the transport document and, where the consignment is partially lost or damaged, a copy of the registration.
(4) In the event of partial loss or damage to the luggage (s), the carrier shall, at the request of the passenger (s), make an entry at the lower cableway station.
(5) The right to return the fare may be exercised by the passenger only on the day on which the ticket was purchased if no transport took place.
(6) The right to compensation resulting from the carriage of luggage and consignments shall be exercised by the traveller (s) within six months of the date on which the luggage (s) was taken over for transport, otherwise it shall cease to exist.
(7) The carrier shall be obliged to deal with the complaint lodged and to inform the creditor of the recognition or refusal of his claim within three months of the date of dispatch of the personal recommendation of the complaint or oral application, as the case may be.
§ 23
Repayment of fare (freight)
(1) The passenger has the right to claim reimbursement of the fare or of the carriage, if not carried out
(a) to interrupt or restrict operations for failure of cableway installations or due to adverse weather conditions;
(b) for sickness or nausea or poor mobility of a passenger,
