DECLARATION
of 13 September 2011
amending Decree No. 133 / 2010 Coll., on fuel requirements, on how to monitor, monitor and register the composition and quality of fuel (Fuel quality and registration)
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides, pursuant to Section 11 (1) of Act No. 311 / 2006 Coll., on fuel and petrol stations and on the amendment of certain related laws (Fuel Act), as amended by Act No. 91 / 2011 Coll., for implementation of Sections 3 (4), 4 (1), 5 (6) and 7 (5):
Decree No. 133 / 2010 Coll., on fuel requirements, on the monitoring and monitoring of the composition and quality of fuel and on their registration (Decree on quality and registration of fuel), is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (f), the words "or special 'are inserted after the words" denatured' and the words "used as an addition to motor gasoline 'are deleted.
2. In Article 2 (g), the words "in particular 'are deleted, the words" bioethanol-based' are replaced by the words "bioethanol 'and the words" or methyl tercbutyl ether produced from biomethanol, used as an addition to motor gasoline and covered by the Combined Nomenclature code 2909 19 90 are added at the end of the text; the proportion of ethyl tercbutyl ether considered biofuel shall be 47 per cent of the total volume of ethyl tercbutyl ether and the proportion of methyl tercbutyl ether considered biofuel shall be 36 per cent of the total volume of methyl tercbutyl ether'.
3. in Article 3 (1) (a), the part of the sentence after the semicolon, including the semicolon, shall be deleted;
4. in Article 3 (1) (e), "ČSN 65 6512" is replaced by "ČSN P CEN / TS 15293."
5. in § 8 (1) (a) of the introductory part of the provision, the word "seller" is replaced by the word "distributor."
6. In Annex 1, Table 1, row 7, "3,7 'is replaced by" 3,79'.
Explanatory note 9:
'9. Unleaded petrol with an ethanol content of not more than 5 per cent vol shall be placed on the market with a maximum oxygen content of not more than 2,7 per cent w / w. ';
7. In Annex 1, Table 1, row 8.2, "10,0 'is replaced by" 10,09'.
8. In Annex 1, explanatory note 5, including the reference thereto, is deleted.
9. In Annex 1, Table 2, including the explanatory note, is deleted.
10. In Annex 5, in the table, row Ethanol E85 reads:

Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 2011, with the exception of Article I (3), (8) and (9), which shall take effect on 1 November 2011.
