issuing the basic conditions for the supply of health and veterinary products
The State Arbitration of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic after discussion with the participating ministries and other central authorities pursuant to § 392 (1) of Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll., as published under No. 37 / 1971 Coll. ("the Act ') provides:
§ 1
Subject matter and scope of the adjustment
(1) This decree regulates economic commitments in the preparation of supplies and deliveries:
(a) pharmaceutical and other medical products, including veterinary medicinal products and medicated feed products, veterinary biopreparations, biofactors supplements and laboratory preparations for human, veterinary and other purposes (hereinafter referred to as "production supplies") (1) in Part One;
(b) products supplied by health supply organisations (2) to national health institutes for their pharmacy facilities and other health and veterinary organisations for their similar facilities (hereinafter referred to as "health supplies") in Part Two.
(2) The Decree does not apply to the supply of mineral waters (3) and to deliveries for and from imports.

COMMON PROVISIONS ON THE LIABILITIES IN RESPECT
§ 11
Expansion period, shelf life, warranty period
(K § 133, 135 and 198 of the Act)
Expansion periods, shelf life and warranty periods for individual mass-produced medicinal products are specified in the technical standard. 8)
§ 12
Advertising procedure
(K § 197 to 203 of the Act)
(5) The assessment of the competent control authority is valid for the whole sampled production lot. Where the competent control authority has imposed an obligation on the supplier to re-classify the production batch under consideration by the measures published in the "Quality Reports', the customer shall be entitled, under the law, to property penalties only for those products which were found to be defective in the re-classification. However, the audit opinion published in the" Reports on the Quality of Drugs' does not replace the complaint.
(6) The collector shall return to the supplier the defective products remaining from the production batch under consideration within 75 days of the date on which the competent control authority's action was published in the "Medicines Quality Reports'. Where health supplies are concerned, that period shall be 30 days after publication in those reports, unless otherwise agreed.
(7) In the case of veterinary biopreparations, medicated feed products, biofactors supplements, the customer is obliged to return them to the supplier no later than 60 days after receiving the opinion of the competent control authority. Where medical supplies are concerned, that period shall be 30 days from the date on which the customer received the opinion of the competent control authority.

FINAL PROVISIONS
§ 13
Repeal
It shall be repealed:
1. the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture No. 151 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions of supply of pharmaceutical products, medical technology products, veterinary biopreparations and certain laboratory preparations,
2. Decree of the Ministry of Health No 152 / 1964 Coll., which issues the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by the national health supply undertaking to national health institutes, as amended by Decree No. 38 / 1966 Coll.
§ 14
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1981.
