GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 May 2020
amending Government Regulation No. 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of military-specific activities, as amended
The Government mandates for the implementation of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on Occupational Soldiers, as amended by Act No. 155 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 129 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 546 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 189 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 375 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 470 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 122 / 2012 Coll., Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2015 Coll.
The Annex to Government Regulation No 60 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of a list of activities for each military rank, as amended by Government Regulation No 429 / 2016 Coll. and Government Regulation No 156 / 2019 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Part IV. In point (k), military rank as Sergeant, the word "master 'is replaced by" aim'.
2. In Part VI, the words "in Military Intelligence," and the words "regiment," shall be inserted after the words "specialised work."
3. In Part VI, the military rank of Sergeant Sergeant, points (o) to (q) are referred to as points (n) to (p).
4. Part VIII. The military rank of Ensign (b) (1) shall be inserted after the word "Air Force," "Specialised Military Intelligence Facility," the word "Air" shall be replaced by the word "Air" and after the word "Wing," the words "Colonel-type military service" shall be inserted.
5. At the end of Part VIII. The military rank of Ensign shall be replaced by a comma and the following point (s) shall be added:
"(s) carrying out closely specified activities in the Joint Operations Centre Division of the Command for Operations related to the operation of classified information systems and related to the exchange of information between NATO, EU crisis management authorities and the crisis staff established in the Czech Republic (second member of the permanent shift)."
6. In Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (b) (2) is deleted.
7. In Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (b) (4) shall be replaced by "in Military Intelligence or '.
8. In Part IX. The military rank of Ensign (i) (8) shall be inserted after the words "activities of the Department ', the words" Ministry of Defence' shall be replaced by the words "Headquarters for Operations' and the words" assistant shift manager 'shall be replaced by the words "first member of the permanent shift'.
9. At the end of Part IX. The military rank of Ensign shall be replaced by a comma and the following point (l) shall be added:
"(l) comprehensive management and command of the higher battalion, basic or sub-officer course of the career preparation section of the petty officers and officers of the training department or training course of the primary training section of the training department for foreign operations and special training of the Training Command-Military Academy (Chief of the Course)."
10. At the end of Part X. The military rank of the Staff Ensign shall be replaced by a comma and the following point (d) shall be added:
"(d) comprehensive management and command of the career preparation section of the petty officers and officers of the training department or of the basic preparation section of the training department for foreign operations and special training of the Training Command-Military Academy (Chief of the Division)."
11. in Part XII. The military rank of Lieutenant Commander (j) shall be replaced by "Military Intelligence '.
12. in Part XIII. Military rank Captain (l) (5) the words "intelligence services' and" signal intelligence 'are deleted.
13. in Part XIV. The military rank of Major shall be deleted from subparagraph (c).
Points (d) to (z) shall be renumbered (c) to (y).
14. in Part XIV. The military rank of Major (f) (1) shall be inserted after the words "spiritual services in" the words "castle guards or."
15. in Part XIV. At the end of point (i), the military rank of Major shall be the following point 4:
"4. activities related to the provision of diplomatic relations of the Czech Republic with another State or group of States or with international bodies and organisations in the political, economic, security or military field (representative of the military and air),"
16. the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (a) (4) shall be as follows:
"4. the Department of the Organisation Department of the Ministry of Defence, Military Intelligence, Financial Agency, Directorate of Foreign Activities, Multinational Centre for Logistics Coordination, Centre for the Protection against Weapons of Mass Destruction, Department for Economic and Operational Military Historical Institute, Economic Department or Acquisition Department of the Agency of Communication and Information Systems, Budget and Finance Department or Acquisition Department of the Logistics Agency (Chief of Department, Head of Department),"
17. in Part XV. The military rank of Lieutenant Colonel shall be replaced by a comma at the end of point (a) and the following point 14 shall be added:
"14th permanent shift of Operations Command (shift manager),"
18. In Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (c) reads:
"(c) coordination of the management of the spiritual service under the responsibility of the Ministry of Defence or the Chief Command of the Military Police, methodological management of the spiritual service and provision of training for military chaplains, coordination and organisation of military chaplains operating in operations, including foreign operations (chaplain),";
19. in Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (i), the words "share in" shall be deleted, the words "(group of States) or" shall be replaced by the words "or group of States," and the words "military and aviation assignee" shall be inserted after the words "assigned to defence";
20. in Part XV, Military rank Lieutenant Colonel (l) (2), the words "Ministry of Defence's oversight and control section 'are replaced by the words" Minister of Defence's inspection';
21. the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (l) (3) shall be as follows:
"3. highly specialised specialised legal support in the framework of the Ministry of Defence or the Inspector of the Chief of Staff, the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Defence's Directorate of Special Forces for Operations, where such support is aimed at the area of international war or humanitarian law (senior legal director),"
22. the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (m) (5) shall be as follows:
"5th Department of the Military Intelligence Specialised Facility (Deputy Director of the Department-Head of Unit), '.
23. in Part XV. Military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (m) (6), the words ", Deputy Head of Unit, Deputy Head of Unit," shall be inserted after the words "Deputy Head of Unit."
24. in Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (m) shall be deleted;
Point 11 becomes point 10 and points 13 to 23 become points 11 to 21.
25. in Part XV, the military rank of Lieutenant Colonel (p) (1), "intelligence services" is replaced by "Military Intelligence."
26. in Part XV. Military rank Lieutenant Colonel letter s) reads:
"(s) ensuring the relations of the Czech Republic with international authorities and organisations in the field of security and sharing intelligence from the security and military area (military adviser),"
27. the following point 3 shall be added at the end of point (u):
"3. closely specialised activities in the Joint Operational Centre Division of the Command for Operations related to the operation of classified information systems and related to the exchange of information between NATO, EU crisis management authorities and crisis staff established in the Czech Republic (shift manager),"
28. In Part XVI. Military rank Colonel (b) (7) the words "Security Director of Military Intelligence 'shall be deleted;
29. in Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel (b) (14) is replaced by "specialised equipment '.
30. in Part XVI. Military rank Colonel (b) point 17 is deleted.
Points 18 to 30 shall be renumbered 17 to 29.
31. in Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel shall be added to point 30 at the end of point (b):
"30. Financial Administration of the Army of the Czech Republic (Director of Administration), '.
32. in Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel (e) (1) shall be "(group of States) or" replaced by "or group of States or '.
33.In Part XVI. The words "or Military Intelligence" shall be inserted after the words "Ministry of Defence" and the words "Deputy Director of the Section" shall be inserted after the words "Deputy Director of the Division."
34. in Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel shall be added at the end of point (e), point 3:
"3. relations of the Czech Republic with international authorities and organisations in the field of security and sharing intelligence from the security and military area (military adviser),"
35. in Part XVI. The military rank of Colonel (h) (8) is replaced by "specialised equipment '.
36. in Part XVI. Military rank Colonel (h) (11) reads as follows:
"11th Staff Command for Operations or Force Command (Deputy Chief of Staff), ';
37. The military rank of Colonel shall be replaced by a comma and the following point (m) shall be added:
"(m) the management and coordination of information protection in Military Intelligence, the performance of the Security Director and the performance of the responsibilities of the responsible person in the field of information protection and security competence (Military Intelligence Security Director).";
38. in Part XVII. The military rank of Brigadier General (a) (1) shall be as follows:
"1. The Czech Army (Director of the Agency), '.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2020.
