on the correct text of the Slovak National Council Act No. 177 / 1969 Coll., on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1970
The Bureau of the Slovak National Council pursuant to § 2 (e) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 205 / 1968 Coll. announces,
that the Act of the Slovak National Council No 177 / 1969 Coll., on the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic for 1970, published at 52 for 30 December 1969 The Collection of Laws is not entirely in line with the approved text. The law is correct, as stated below.

The Slovak National Council decided on this law:
Determination of the State Budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic

2. In the state budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic, the budgets of the national committees are contained in a general financial relationship to the state budget of the Slovak Socialist Republic (subsidies from the state budget) of 5 083 607 000 Kčs, subsidies from the state budget to the budgets of the national committees of 5 278 730 000 Kčs.
Empowerment of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic is hereby authorised to:
(a) reduce budget expenditure by ministries and other central authorities in the course of 1970, subsidies and subsidies to national committees, if required to ensure the cash balance of the government;
(b) adjust the financial relations between the central budget and the budgets of the national committees in the course of 1970 if, as a result of its action, the conditions under which the aggregate financial relationship and the special-purpose subsidies have been established are changed;
(c) to reflect into the State budget the financial consequences resulting from organisational changes and delimitation which have an impact on the State budget of the Federation.
Entitlement of the Minister for Finance
The Minister of Finance shall be empowered to fund transitional loans to cover the deficit of the Republic's state budget for the year in question if the deficit results from a time discrepancy between revenue and expenditure; the transitional loans must be paid in principle by the end of the financial year and, if this is not possible, the method of payment shall be proposed to the Slovak National Council at the latest at the time of approval of the State Final Account for the financial year in which the transitional loan was concluded.
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
