GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 June 2012
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (2) and § 112 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code:
Government Regulation No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Regulation No. 249 / 2007 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 452 / 2009 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (a):
"(a) the level of the basic minimum wage rate and the conditions for its provision;"
2. Article 4 shall be deleted, including the title and footnote 4;
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2013.
