GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 10 May 2006
amending Government Decree No 395 / 2002 Coll., on providing irreversible financial assistance in the area of housing to natural persons or municipalities affected by floods in 2002 to cover the costs associated with the removal of the building for housing
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on the Budget Rules and on the Amendment to Certain Related Laws (Budget Rules), as amended by Act No. 493 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 141 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 187 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 450 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 202 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 138 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 186 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 257 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 436 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 1 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll.
Government Decree No 395 / 2002 Coll., on the granting of irreversible financial assistance in the area of housing to natural persons or municipalities affected by floods in 2002 to cover the costs of dismantling the building for housing, is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Decree, the words' 2002 'are deleted.
2. In Paragraph 1 (1), the words "2002 'are deleted.
3. In Paragraph 2 (1), the words "emergency status' are replaced by the words" emergency or emergency status'.
4. In Paragraph 2 (4), the words "from the operative date to 31 December 2003 'are replaced by the words" 1 year from the operative date'.
5. In Section 3 of the introductory part of the provision, the words "referred to in Section 2 'and the words" 31 March 2004' are replaced by the words "2 years after the relevant date '.
6. In Article 3, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The application may be lodged after the expiry of the period laid down in paragraph 1 if the decision referred to in paragraph 1 (b) has acquired legal power after the expiry of that period and at the latest within 3 years of the date in question. ';
7. In Paragraph 4 (4) of the Introductory Part of the provision, the words "31 March 2004 'are replaced by the words" 2 years from the relevant date'.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
