GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under afforestation measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 2c (5) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll., and pursuant to § 1 (3) of Act No. 256 / 2000 Coll., on the State Agricultural Intervention Fund and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll. as amended by Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 179 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies under the afforestation measures and amending certain related government regulations, as amended by Government Regulation No. 61 / 2016 Coll., Government Regulation No. 19 / 2017 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 49 / 2017 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 4, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The notification referred to in paragraph 1 may not be submitted to the Fund for a period beginning in 2021 and thereafter. ';
2. In Article 5, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) The application referred to in paragraph 1 may not be submitted to the Fund for a period beginning in 2021 and thereafter. ';

4. In Annex No 2, Part A, point IV (a), the text "No 83 / 1996 Coll. 'is replaced by" No 298 / 2018 Coll.';
Transitional provisions
1. Proceedings on applications for aid for the setting-up of forest land initiated pursuant to Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be completed in accordance with Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
2. The subsidies for forest management pursuant to § 2 (1) (b) and the subsidies for the cessation of agricultural production pursuant to § 2 (1) (c) of the Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll. on forest land which was based on agricultural land pursuant to § 2 (1) (a) of the Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation, shall be granted under Government Regulation No. 185 / 2015 Coll., as effective before the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
