GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 September 2014
amending Government Regulation No 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, the definition of a difficult working environment and the amount of the wage surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended
The Government mandates the implementation of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 362 / 2011 Coll., as amended by Act No. 585 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 296 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 364 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 305 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 180 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 185 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 394 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 326 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 382 / 2009 Coll.
Government Decree No. 567 / 2006 Coll., on minimum wage, on the lowest levels of guaranteed wage, on the definition of a difficult working environment and on the amount of the pay surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended by Government Decree No. 249 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 452 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 246 / 2012 Coll. and Government Decree No. 210 / 2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2, "50,60 'is replaced by" 55' and "8 500 'is replaced by" 9 200'.
2. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The lowest wage guaranteed levels for a fixed weekly working period of 40 hours shall be graduated according to the complexity, responsibility and workload of the work carried out, classified in 8 groups, and shall be:

3. In Paragraph 5 (2), "rate 'is replaced by" monthly rate'.
4. At the end of § 7, the words "and § 5 (1) 'shall be added.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2015.
