21. in Article 21a (7), the words "the Directorate or customs office is authorised" shall be replaced by the words "the Office is authorised."

22. in Article 21a (10), the word "institution" shall be replaced by the word "office."

23. in Paragraph 22 (1), the words "by the Customs Directorate on a proposal made through the Customs Office" shall be replaced by "by the Customs Office on a proposal."

24. In Article 22 (15), the words "through the customs office to the customs office 'are replaced by the words" through the customs office' and the second sentence is deleted.
