Decree of the Minister for the Interior
of 25 April 1952
on changes to the official names of the places in 1951.
The Minister of the Interior declares in accordance with Section 5 of Act No. 266 / 1920 Coll., on the names of cities, municipalities, settlements and streets, as well as the marking of municipalities by local tables and numbering houses:
The following amendments were made in 1951 and the following new official names of the places were laid down:
1. In Prague:
In Beroun county:
the name Dobřichovice the first part in the municipality of Mornice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the name Leč 2. part in the municipality of Skuhrov was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Kreis Hořovice:
the name Hrachoviště 2. part in the village Podluhy was deleted as the name of the settlement which died.
In Kladno county:
the name of the village of Vrápice, formerly belonging to the village of Stehelčeves, became the official name of the part of the village of Kladno to which the village was attached;
the names of the former and Ústí in the municipality of Kladno have been deleted as the names of the settlements which have ceased to be merged;
The name Malá Dobrá in the village of Velka Dobrá was deleted as the name of the settlement which ceased to merge.
In Kutna Hora district:
the name of Sázava has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Dojetřice and Sázava; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the Kreis Melnik:
the name Lužec nad Vltavou has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Chramostku and Lužka nad Vltavou; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of Kly has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Kly and Záborí; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Mladá Bloslav:
the name of the Great Horky in the municipality of Strenice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In Praha- south:
the name of Slivenec has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Holyne and the Mushroom; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of Slapy has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Sástavlky and Slapy; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name Veselka in the village of Řitka was deleted as the name of the settlement which ceased to be merged.
In Praha- north district:
the name of the Upper Chabra in the municipality of Lower Chabra has been deleted as the name of the settlement which has ceased to be merged;
the name Xaverov in the village of Horní Počernice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the name of Zdibsko in the municipality of Klecany was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the name Blatov in the village Újezd nad Lesy was deleted as the name of the settlement which died by merging.
In the Votice district:
the names of the settlement of Nahourany, formerly belonging to the municipality of Radostovice, and the settlements of Rodná, formerly belonging to the municipality of Rodná in the district of Pacov, the region of Jihlava, became the official names of the parts of the village of Radvanov to which these settlements were attached.
2. In the region of ČeskoBudějovický:
In the district of Český Krumlov:
the name Český Krumlov has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities Český Krumlov and Vyšný; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Jindřich Hradec:
name Huta near Pribraze in the village The garment has been deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Kaplice district:
the name Loučovice has been established for the municipality of Bolechy.
In Market Swine County:
the names Dobrkov and Lower Lhotka in Dobrkovská Lhotka have been deleted as the names of the settlements; remain official names of the local parts of this municipality.
In Týn nad Vltavou county:
the name of Albrechtice nad Vltavou has been established for the municipality and settlement of Albrechtice;
the name White Horka in the municipality of Malešice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Vimperk district:
for the village Reckerberg (municipality Nicov) and for the local part Reckerberg (municipality Stachy) the name Cinderella has been established;
the name of the village Vyšovatka, formerly belonging to the village Pravetín, became the official name of the part of the village Buk, to which the village was attached.
3. In the region of Pilsen:
In the district of Blatná:
the name of Parachev in the municipality of Chlum was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the name Obot 3rd part in the village of Uzenice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Kreis Blevice:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Těňovice and Záluží the name of Těňovice has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Horadějovice:
the name of Horadějovice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Horadějovice and Zážky; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Klatovy County:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Datelova, Děpoltic and Oldřichovic, the name Děpoltice has been established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
for the municipality resulting from the merger Svina and Zejbiš the name Javorná has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remained the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the change that the name Zejbiš was replaced by the name Javorná.
In the Plasy district:
for the village of Mensdorf (municipality of Březín), the name Jedvanina has been established;
the name of Doubravice has been established for the municipality and settlement of the German Doubravice.
In the Preštice district:
the names Dolní Nýdice and Horní Nýdice in the municipality of Nýdice have been deleted as the names of the settlements which have ceased to be merged;
name Luh in the village The town was abolished as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Stod district:
the names of Mestys Staňkov and Ves Staňkov in the municipality of Staňkov were deleted as the names of the settlements which had ceased to be merged.
In the Silver district:
the name of Chrančovice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Chrančovice and Popovice; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the Kreis Susice:
the name Vlčkovice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Brod and Vlčkovice; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of the village of Drouhavec, formerly belonging to the municipality of Maršovice, has become the modified form of Drouhavec, the official name of the part of the village of Hora Matka of God, to which this settlement was attached;
the name of the village of Přestkov, formerly belonging to the municipality of Maršovice, became the official name of the part of the municipality of Svojšice to which the village was attached;
the name of Gelenov has been established for the municipality and settlement of Frymburk;
the name of the village of Maršovice, formerly belonging to the municipality of Maršovice, became the official name of the part of the village of Svojšice to which the village was attached;
for the municipality of Milínov, to which the settlements of Cihelna and Horní Staňkov from the municipality of Maršovice were attached, the name of the Přestány was established; the names of the mentioned settlements of the former municipality of Maršovice, as well as the names of the existing settlements of the municipality of Milínov Hlavňovice, Milínov, Přestány and Radostice have become official names of the parts of the municipality of Přestány; the name of Maršovice as the name of the municipality has disappeared;
for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Prášila and Výlý Bor the name of Prášila has been established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the following changes: the name Gsenget was replaced by the name Limit, the name Seckerberg named Horky, the name Lower Steindlberk called Lower Kamenec and the name Upper Steindlberk named Upper Kamenec;
the name of the settlement Radeshov, formerly belonging to the municipality of Tuskov, became the official name of the part of the municipality of Rejštejn to which the settlement was attached;
the name of the village of Stojanovice, formerly belonging to the municipality of Milínov, became the official name of the part of the village of Velhartice to which the settlement was attached;
the name Podlesí has been established for the Vogelsang settlement (the village of Red);
for the village of Wunderbach (village of Vatetice) the name Bystrá has been established.
4. In Karlovy Vary:
In Jáchymov county:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Hanušov, May and Maroltova, the name of May has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.

In the district of Bílina:
the name Libčeves has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Lahovice and Libčevsi; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Decin County:
the names Oldřichov and Terezín in the municipality of Františkov nad Ploučnice were deleted as the names of the settlements which had ceased to be merged.
In the District of Duchcov:
the name of the Hajniště in the village of Jeníkov was deleted as the name of the settlement which ceased to exist;
The name of the village of Křižanov, formerly belonging to the village of Jeníkov, became the official name of the part of the village of Křižanov to which the village was attached.
In the Kreis Chomutov:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Bečov, Bernov, Blatna, Gerštorfu, Kvinov and Radenov, the name of Blatno has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remained the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the following amendments: the name Bernov was replaced by the name Zakousti, the name Gerštorf called the Mejhoří and the name Kvinov named Klevnov;
the name Bolebor has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Bolebora and Stolzenhan; the names of the merged municipalities remained the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the change that the name Stolzenhan was replaced by the name Pášná;
the name of Domina has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Domina and Strážky; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name Green has been established for the municipality of Grün;
the name Jindřišská has been established for the Hannersdorf settlement (Jirkov municipality);
for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Hohentann and the place was designated as Place; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the change that the name Hohentann was replaced by the name High Jedle;
for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Mount Saint-Shebestian, Border and Ulmbach, the name of Mount Saint-Shebestian has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality, with the change that the name Ulmbach was replaced by the name Jilmová;
the name of Načetín has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Kienhaid and Načetín; the names of the parts of the previous municipality of Načetín remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality; the name Kienhaid has disappeared;
the name of Křimov has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Křimov, Menhartice, Nebovazy, Guard and Suchdol; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name Vysoká has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Liden and Vysoká; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
for the village of Neuhaus (village of Jirkov) the name Svěhová has been established, for the village of Sperbersdorf the name Hradečná;
the name of Vičice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Stranná and Vičice; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the change that the name Spielhübl was replaced by the name Kopeček;
the name of Kamenkovna in the municipality of Chomutov was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the district of Litomerice:
the name of the Hradiště in the village of Lovečkovice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the district of Roudnice nad Labem:
for the village and settlement Radošín the name Radešín was established and for the settlement Radešínek the name Radešínek was established.
In Ústí nad Labem district:
the names Valtířov and Olešnice were established for the municipalities resulting from the separation of the municipalities of Valtířov.
6. In Liberec:
In the Doksy district:
the name of Valdstein, the first part in the village of Bez-Heir, was deleted as the name of the settlement which had ceased to be merged;
Name The podolí in the village of Belá pod Bezdez was abolished as the name of the settlement which ceased to be merged;
the name of Valdstín 2nd part in the municipality of Břejovice was deleted as the name of the settlement which had ceased to be merged,
In the Kreis Frýdlant:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Habartic and Háje, the name Habartice has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
for the village resulting from the merger of Hajniště and New Town under Smrkem the name Nové Město pod Smrkem has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Hømanic and Kristianova, the name of Hømanice has been established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Jablonec nad Nisou:
the names of the local parts of Černá Říčka and Dolní Polubný, formerly belonging to the municipality of Polubný, and the local parts of Potočná, formerly belonging to the municipality of Příchovice, became official names of the local parts of the municipality of Desná, to which they were attached;
for the municipality resulting from the merger of Genoa nad Nisou and Loučná nad Nisou the name of Genov nad Nisou was established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Rumburk county:
the name of Šluknov has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Empress, Kunratice, Nové Hraběčí and Šluknov; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of the Kingdom has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Fukova and the Kingdom; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of the Upper Poustevna has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Upper Poustevna and Nové Visky; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
for the village resulting from the merger of Beautiful Buku and Kyjov, the name Beautiful Buk has been established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Turnov county:
the names of the settlements Radvanice, formerly belonging to the municipality of Libič and Vorklebice, formerly belonging to the municipality of Hradčany, became the official names of the parts of the village of Kobylla to which these settlements were attached.
7. In Hradec:
In the district of Broumov:
the name of Stárkov has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Horní Lěvich and Stárkov; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality,
In Dobruška county:
the names Needless to say, Part 1 and Skutina in the municipality of Lhota at Dobruška were deleted as the names of the settlements; remain official names of the local parts of this municipality.
In the Kreis Králové nad Labem:
the name of the Kingdom of I has been deleted as the name of the municipality, which was destroyed by changes in the boundaries by which its parts were attached to the municipalities of Upper Ždár, Kocbera, Kohoutov and Záborí;
the name of the village of Nové Záborí, formerly belonging to the municipality of Kingdom I, became the official name of the part of the village of Záborí to which the settlement was attached;
for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Třebihost and Zvičina, the name of Třebihosti has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Horice:
the name of Chomutice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Chomutic and Chomuticek; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the Hradec Králové district:
the name of the village of Bědovice, formerly belonging to the municipality of Petrovice in the district of Rychnov nad Knežnou, became the official name of the part of the municipality of Třebechovice pod Oreb, to which this settlement was attached.
In the Náhod district:
the name České Skalice has been established for the village resulting from the merger of České Skalice and Závce; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name Žlíbeček has been established for the village Grunt (municipality Brzice).
In Nová Byjov district:
for the village created by the merger of Chudonic, Nové Bydžov, Plápna and Zábědov the name of Nové Bydžov was established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name Vysoké Veselí has been established for the village resulting from the merger of Veselské Lhota and Vysoké Veselí; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the Kreis Vrchlabí:
the name Herlíkovice was deleted as the name of the village, which had been destroyed by the change of borders which had been attached to the municipalities of the Guard and Vrchlabí.
8. In Pardubice:
In the Hlinsko district:
the name of Hlinsko has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Blatna and Hlinska; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the Kreis Choteboř:
the name of the village of Jahodov, formerly belonging to the village of Initially, became the official name of the part of the village of Rozsochatec to which the village was attached;
the names Dolní Ves, Horní Ves and Leškova Horka in the municipality of Hoješín have been deleted as the names of the settlements; remain official names of the local parts of the municipality;
Name Stone The first part of Lhota in the village of Chrtnich was abolished as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Pardubice district:
the name of Krchleby in the village of Lány na Dělku was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In the Kreis Polička:
the name Balda in the village Jedlová was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the name Haná in the municipality of Lezník was deleted as the name of the settlement; remain the official name of the local part of the municipality;
the names of Suburban and Záborí in the municipality of Proseč were deleted as the names of the settlements; remain official names of the local parts of this municipality.
9. In the county of Jihlava:
In the Kreis Jihlava:
the name Rantířov has been established for the municipality of Hosov.
In the district of Kamenice nad Lipu:
names Brabec, Karlov and Pychov in the municipality Nová The bees were deleted as the names of the settlements; remain official names of the local parts of this municipality.
In the Pacov district:
for the village Rodná, reduced separation of the village Rodná, the name Bradáčov with the settlements Bradáčov, Lower Shining and Upper Shining was established.
In the Kreis Pelhřimov:
the name of the local part of the Zadní Pole, formerly belonging to the municipality of Rohodni, became the official name of the part of the municipality of Tešenov to which the local part was attached.
10. In Brno:
In the Boskovice district:
the name of Jasinov has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Jasinov and Oreč; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Brno:
the name Pink in the village of Chrlice was deleted as the name of the settlement; remains the official name of the local part of the municipality.
In Bystřice nad Pernštejnem county:
the name of Štěpánov nad Svratka has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Olešnka and Štěpánov; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality with the change that the name Štěpánov was replaced by the name Štěpánov nad Svratka;
the name of the village of Lísek, formerly belonging to the village of Velké Janovice, became the official name of the village of Lhota, to which the village was connected. (This corrects the provision of Section 10 of Decree Minister of Interior No. 13 / 1951 Coll., on changes to official names of places in 1950.)
In the Kreis Mikulov:
the name of Božice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of Božice and České Křídlovice; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In Tišnov district:
for the municipality of Ochoz the name of Ochoz was established by Tišnova.
In the district of Židlochovice:
the name of Moutiny has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Moutiny and Rozářín; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
the name of Rajhradice has been established for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Rajhradice and Loučka; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
11. In Olomouc:
In the Kreis Kojetín:
for the municipality resulting from the merger of the municipalities of Rakodava and Věrovany, the name of Věrovany has been established; the names of the merged municipalities remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality.
In the district of Litovel:
the name of the local part of Lower Zavadilka, formerly belonging to the settlement Zavadilka, the municipality of Budědsko, became the official name of the part of the municipality of Štarnov to which this local part was attached.
In the district of Prostejov:
for the village resulting from the merger of Čelejovice to Hana and Student, the name Čelijovice to Hana has been established; the names of the merged municipalities and their settlements remain the official names of the parts of the new municipality;
