DECLARATION
of 30 December 2008
amending Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or a copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature, as amended
According to Section 21 of Act No. 21 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the verification of the authenticity of the signature and on the amendment of certain laws (the Act on Verification):
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 36 / 2006 Coll., on the verification of the conformity of a copy or copy with the instrument and on the authentication of the signature, as amended by Decree No. 331 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2007 Coll. and Decree No. 194 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (e), the words" Upper Foam' shall be inserted after the word "Rainy '.
2. in the part "South Bohemian Region ', point (i), the word" Infantry' shall be inserted after the word "New Pec '.
3. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (d), the word" Lada' is inserted after the word "Kostika ';
4. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (e), the word" Snows' shall be inserted after the word "Rašovice ';
5. in the part "South Moravian Region ', point (t), the words" Greschlo Mýto' shall be inserted after the words "Greschlo Mýto ', the words" Vrátonice' shall be inserted after the words "Šumná, 'the words" Tasovice,' shall be inserted after the words "Vrátonice, Vrácovice 'and the words" Vrbovec' shall be inserted after the words "Vrbovec ';
6. in the part "Karlovy Vary Region ', point (c), the word" Mountain' is inserted after the word "Dalovice, ';
7. in the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (e), the word" Habrána' is inserted after the word "Líšice, 'and the word" Líšice,' is inserted after the word "Líšín, ';
8. In the part "Králové hradec kraj ', point (n), the word" Batňovice' shall be inserted after the word "municipal authorities'.
9. in the part "Liberecký kraj ', point (e), the words" New Ves' shall be inserted after the words "Noušek, ';
10. in the part "Liberecky kraj ', point (i), the word" Pacerice' is inserted after the word "Pacerice ';
11. In the part of the "Olomouc Region," point (h), the word "Držovice," shall be inserted after the word "Držovice," after the word "Kostelec na Hana," the words "Kovalice- Osičany," shall be inserted after the word "Lashkov," and after the words "Olšany u Prostějov," the word "Ondratice," shall be inserted.
12. in the part of the "Pardubice Region," point (b), the word "Vitanov," and the word "Vort," shall be inserted after the word "Vol."
13. in the part "Pardubice Region ', point (h), the words" White u Evíček' shall be inserted after the words "the municipal authorities';
14. In the part "Pardubice Region ', point (i), the word" Dashice,' is inserted after the word "Dashice, 'and the word" Moravana' is inserted after the word "Nemèice, '.
15. in the part "Pardubice Region," point (j) is inserted after the word "Jedlové,"
16. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (a), the word" Four Cokes' is inserted after the word "Struharov ';
17. in the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (c), the word "Sibrana" shall be inserted after the word "Radonice,"
18. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (e), the word" Mountains' shall be inserted after the word "Ojak '.
19. in the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (j), the word" Hare' shall be inserted after the word "Nemčice '.
20. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (l), the word" Onomyl' shall be inserted after the word "New Dvory '.
21. In the part "Central Bohemian Region," point (u), the word "Arrows," shall be inserted after the word "Shanov."
22. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (v), the word" Senohraby' is inserted after the word "Radejovice, Říčany, 'and the word" Vyžlovka' is inserted after the word "Vlkančice '.
23. In the part "Central Bohemian Region ', point (x), the word" Poštovice' is inserted after the word "Plchov, '.
24. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (f), the word" Klíny' is inserted after the word "Upper Jiřetín ';
25. in the part of "Ústí kraj," point (h), the words "Little Juniper," shall be inserted after the word "Lukavec."
26. in the part "Ústí kraj ', point (k), the word" Translations' shall be inserted after the word "Wheat-bath ';
27. in the part "Vysočina Region," point (k), the word "Druhanov," shall be inserted after the word "Lower Town."
28. In the part "Vysočina Region," point (m), the word "Bransouze," shall be inserted after the word "Čechtín," the words "Lower Vilémovice," shall be inserted after the word "Next," the word "Račice," and after the word "Rudíkov," the word "Římov," shall be inserted.
29. in the part "Vysočina Region ', point (n), the word" Nový v,' is inserted after the word "municipal authorities';
30. in the part "Zlinsky kraj ', point (k), the word" Nebuz' is inserted after the word "Jasenná, ';
31. in the part "Zlinsky kraj," point (m), the word "Karlovice," and the word "Kashava" shall be inserted after the word "Kanyovice,"
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
