GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 8 June 2015
concerning other cases in which a person may be admitted to temporary employment
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 234 / 2014 Coll., on Civil Service:
§ 1
This Regulation implements the relevant European UnionRegulation (1) and regulates other cases in which, in view of the special nature of the civil service, a person may be admitted to temporary service.
§ 2
A person may be admitted to temporary employment,
(a) where it is necessary to ensure that the temporary task of the Office is carried out;
(b) where it is necessary to ensure that tasks are carried out for a civil servant who has been granted shorter hours of service; or
(c) if this person is seconded to the performance of foreign service.
§ 3
(1) A person may be admitted to the service provided for in Article 2 (a) for a period of time for which the temporary task of the Office must be carried out but for a maximum period of 7 years. This period may be extended, with the consent of a civil servant, by the period of extended time for which it is necessary to ensure the discharge of a temporary task of the Office.
(2) A person may be admitted to the service provided for in Article 2 (b) for the period of authorisation to shorten the prescribed period of service.
(3) A person may be admitted to service under § 2 (c) for a maximum period of 5 years; This period may be extended by a maximum of 5 years with its consent.
§ 4
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2015.
