amending Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 520 / 1990 Coll., on remuneration to members of the council in municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 221 / 1991 Coll. and Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 261 / 1992 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Republic orders the implementation of § 32 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 367 / 1990 Coll., on Municipality (municipal establishment):
The Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 520 / 1990 Coll., on the remuneration of members of councils in municipalities, as amended by Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 221 / 1991 Coll. and Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 261 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 2, "or column 4 of Annex 2 'is replaced by" or column 4 or column 5 of Annex 2';
2. Annex No 1 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 1, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
3. Annex No 2 to date is replaced by the new Annex No 2, the text of which is set out in the Annex to this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1993.
