GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 2 March 2020
amending Government Regulation No 282 / 2013 Coll., on the establishment of a list of specified products, the conditions under which their importation or transport may take place, the fixing of certain conditions for designated products under which their export may be carried out, and the laying down of particulars and models of applications for authorisation and export authorisation
The Government orders pursuant to § 18 of Act No. 228 / 2005 Coll., on the control of trade in products whose possession is restricted in the Czech Republic for security reasons and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 281 / 2013 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act ') to implement § 1 (2) and § 8a (1) of the Act:
Annexes 1 to 3 to Government Regulation No 282 / 2013 Coll., laying down the list of specified products, the conditions under which their import or transport may be carried out, laying down certain conditions for the intended products under which they may be exported, and laying down the particulars and models of applications for and export authorisations, shall read as follows:

Documents pursuant to § 2 (3) (a) of the Act
A 1 - Decision of the Czech Office for the Testing of Weapons and Ammunition on the classification of a type of weapon or essential parts of a weapon or a type of ammunition in the category under Act No. 119 / 2002 Coll., on Firearms and Ammunition (Firearms Act), as amended. The submission of this decision is only required in doubt.
A 2 - Certificate issued by an authorized person under Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended. Submission of this certificate is only required in doubt.
And 3 - Protocol on the verification of a weapon (or certificate of approval of a type of weapon if not issued a certificate of verification of a weapon) pursuant to Act No. 156 / 2000 Coll., on the verification of firearms and ammunition, as amended. This document is only required in doubt.
A 4 - Verified copy of the weapons license not older than 90 days.
Documents pursuant to § 2 (3) (c) of the Act
B 1 - Purchase contract or other similar documents, in particular invoice or proforma invoice.
B 2 - In the case of transport from the territory of the Czech Republic to the territory of the other Member States of the European Union, proof of the acquisition of the specified product or of the manufacturer's authorisation for transport.
B 3 - International Import Certificate / International import certificate (I.I.C.) or End User Certificate / End User Certificate (E.U.C.) or another similar document in the case of transport from the Czech Republic to the territory of other Member States of the European Union.
