Ordinance of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic on the protected areas of natural accumulation of the waters of Brda, Jablunkovsko, Krány Mountains, Novohrad Mountains, Vsetín hills and Žamberk-Kralik

on protected areas of natural water accumulation Brda, Jablunkovsko, Krány Mountains, Novohrad Mountains, Vsetín hills and Žamberk- rabbits
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 18 of Act No. 138 / 1973 Coll., on Water (Water Act):
§ 1
(1) The areas of Brd, Jablunkovska, Krušné hory, Novohradské hory, Vsetín hills and Žamberka- rabbits, which constitute a significant natural accumulation of surface and groundwater due to their natural conditions, are protected areas of natural water accumulation ("protected water management areas").
(2) The boundaries of the protected waters referred to in paragraph 1 are defined in the Annex to this Regulation; maps of protected water-management areas shall be deposited with the regional national committees in whose territorial competence they are.
§ 2
(1) The following shall be prohibited in protected waters:
(a) reduce the size of forest land by more than 25 ha in individual cases; in the individual protected water management area, the total size of forest land may be reduced by a maximum of 500 hectares against the condition at the date of entry into force of this Regulation;
(b) to drain more than 250 ha of continuous land for forest land;
(c) to drain more than 50 hectares of continuous land on agricultural parcels unless it is demonstrated on the basis of a hydrological survey that the drainage will not jeopardise the capacity of the holding;
(d) to benefit from peat in quantities exceeding 500 000 m3 per site, unless it is demonstrated on the basis of a hydrological survey that the extraction of peat will not jeopardise the capacity of the holding area;
(e) to mine minerals in a surface manner or to carry out other land works which would lead to the unveiling of a continuous level of groundwater, with the exception of quarry, in which there is a need to move to semi-jams or pit extraction and where there is no more than 10 ha surface unexposed;
(f) to mine and process radioactive raw materials for which disposal of waste is not ensured in accordance with water quality regulations;
(g) to store radioactive waste;
(h) carry out construction:
1. establishments for pigs for fattening with a total arrest capacity of over 5000 pieces;
2. oil stores with a tank capacity exceeding 1000 m3;
3. solid fuel heat plants with a power output exceeding 200 MW;
4. Industrial plants which, at the time of operation, would discharge uncleaned or poorly treated waste water, the pollution of which exceeds:

(2) The prohibitions provided for in paragraph 1 do not apply to:
(a) construction and installations which have been in conformity with the regulations under construction or in use before the date of application of this Regulation;
(b) activities which were carried out in accordance with the rules before the date of application of this Regulation;
(c) the activities referred to in paragraph 1 (a), (d) and (e), if related to the construction of water tanks.
(3) In exceptional cases, the Government of the Republic may authorise exemptions from the provisions of paragraph 1 (a), (e) and (h) 3 and 4.
§ 3
In protected water-management areas, landfills of urban and industrial waste may be established only in places where the waste content cannot be excavated into groundwater or surface water, or where technical measures are carried out to prevent leaching into groundwater or surface water.
§ 4
This Regulation shall be without prejudice to the competences of the institutions and tasks of organisations arising from the State conservation rules and other specific regulations. 1)
§ 5
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1979.

BRDY
The northern part of the border is located from the village of Hostomice in the district of Beroun in a northwest direction along the road II / 115 through Lochovice and along the road II / 114 through Hořovice. It continues along the left edge of the road II / 117 through Komárov, Jivina, Olešná do Strášice and Dobřín in the district of Rokycany in the West Bohemia region. Good passes along its eastern edge and continues along the road II / 117 to Mirošov and from there along the road III / 1783 to Příkosic. The border goes around the west edge of Příkosic in the southeast direction to Vísek and then in the south direction around Čechev and Borovna.
The southern part of the border of the protected area goes along the road Blovice- Rožmitál pod Tremšín z Borovna to the village of Věšín in the district of Příbram. From there it continues along the northwest direction around Buk. From the intersection of the roads to Mirošov and Příbrami it is led in the eastern direction to the village of Laz, from where it continues in the northeast direction along the roads I / 18 through Bohutun to Příbrami. They pass through the western edge and along the road III / 11417 and III / 11553 they go to the village of Buková near Příbrami. Passing it along its western edge and along road III / 11553 goes to the starting point in Hostomice.

JABLUNG
The border is connected to the border of the protected area of the natural accumulation of Beskyda waters in the bend of road III / 01142 before Carpentna at booth 419, continues along this road through Carpentne until Bystřice. It is guided around the village in the northeast direction and along the road III / 01146 goes to Nýdek. On the edge of the village he turns to a field road, along which he goes in the northern direction through the Sharp and still along the field road around the Sharp Hill to the state border with the Polish People's Republic. It is also guided along the state border to Hrčava, from where it continues along the border between North Moravian and Mediterranean regions. Following this border, the protected area of the natural accumulation of Beskyda waters and after it to the starting point of Carpentný.

The border is located in the West Bohemian Region from the state border to the Svězpa district of Cheb along the road through the Luby village to the Lower Luby, from there to Božetín, Oldřešský and Sváváce, along the Svěžecký Brook to the communication II / 212 and then to the Horka district, from there it continues in the eastern direction along the dam dam of the Horka to the Upper Látov to the village of Sokolov and through the village of Habartov to the road III / 21030, which it follows after Josefov, where it diverges to the Hřebena river to the Svátava and along the field roads pass into the municipalities of Boučí and Háj and along the roads of II. In the village of Hranice, he follows the road II / 210, he follows the road II / 219 to the intersection with the road II / 222, and he follows it to the village of Vřísová, where he returns to the road II / 210, he follows it to the village of Suchá in the district of Karlovy Vary, along the road II / 209 to the intersection with the road III / 2205 along which he goes to Fojtova, then along the left edge of the road III / 206 to Děpoltovice, along the road III / 2204 to Zrňetín, from there east along the road II / 221 to Byšíce and along the road III / 22128 to the road I / 25. Along this road it continues to the southern direction to the intersection with the road I / 13 Island above the Ohořa-Chomutov, along whose left edge it goes to Smil, where it passes to the North Bohemian Region.
The border of the protected area along the road I / 13 continues in the North Bohemian region, circling the Monasterec nad Ohří and walking to the intersection with road III / 22316. It follows the northern part of the village of Vernéřov, along the road III / 22429 to Potovná and Nová Viska. It is again guided along the road I / 13, along whose left edge it goes to the village of Černovice. From there it continues along the railway line Chomutov-Křimov to its passage through the industrial water feeder from the Ohře to Bílina. It continues along this binder all the way to the Cihelmi and goes further along the crown of the planned dam Březenec on the Březenec creek. It continues along the edge of the forest area northwest of Jirkova to road III / 2528, along which it goes to Drmali, then along the road III / 2529 to I / 13, along which it continues to the valley of the Mořicova creek, further upstream to the water factory, from which it goes east along the forest road to the castle Jezeří. From the castle Jezeří to the pedestal 360 m above the valley of Albrechtic creek and from there along the left edge of the forest road above the pedestal 350 m above the north edge of the village Upper Jiřetín, along the left edge of the road I / 13 to Hamr. This village passes along the edge of the forest and continues in the northeast still along the edge of the forest around Litvinov and 500 m above the road III / 0138 through Loučná, along the road III / 01310. From its point of transition to the Most-Moldava railway line, it follows this line simultaneously to the eastern end of Osek railway station, where the distance from the line decreases to 400 m and runs to the west edge of the railway station. Through the village of Grave goes to Střelné, from there along the road I / 13 through the village of Dubí to Krupka to the intersection of this road with the railway line Oldřichov-Děčín. It continues along this railway line to the crossing with the Ždírnice creek, follows this stream upstream and continues in the eastern direction parallel to the line to the unnamed stream before Telnice, along which it returns to the track and continues to Telnice in the Ústí nad Labem district at a distance of 400 m from the ČSD line. From there it is guided along the road III / 2484 to Adolf, along the road III / 2484 and III / 2488 to the state border with the GDR. Along this national border, the border of the protected area is led southwest towards the Outcome on which it is based.

NOVOHRAD HORSES
The border is from Nové Hrad in a southeast direction along road III / 15616 to the state border with the Republic of Austria. Along this border is led up to the road I / 3 (E 14) Lower Dvořištěr-České Budějovice and along its right side it continues in the north direction through Lower Dvořiště to Kaplice. It goes around the southern edge of the road and is further east along the right side of road II / 154 to the village Benešov nad Černou, continues northeast to the village Rychnov near Nové Hrad, from there along the road III / 15414 to the intersection with road II / 156 Nové Hrady-Market Svovy and along this road it is led southeast to the starting point in Nové Hrady.

The border follows the protected area of natural water accumulation of Beskyda at the crossing point of the railway line Ostrava-Valašské Meziříčí with road I / 57. From there it continues along this road to the Walashské Meziríčí, circling the town on the northern and western border and is guided along the road I / 18 Valashské Meziríč- Byšíce pod Hostýnem via the village Poščná, Branky to the village Loučka and from there along the road III / 01868 to Podolí and the village Laza. It continues along the southwest road to the border between the North Moravian Region and the South Moravian Region and is guided along that border to its intersection with the SSR border. It continues in the northeast direction along the SSR border to the Strelenka settlement, where it connects to the protected area of the natural accumulation of Beskyda waters, following which it is led to the starting point at Valachian Mezirici.

The border is established in the village Páčín in the district of Rychnov nad Knežnou on the border of the protected area of natural accumulation of the waters of Orlická hora, from where it is led in a southern direction along the road II / 310 through Kamenická village in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí to the road I / II. It continues in the southeast direction around the north and east edge of Žamberk, along the left edge of the I / II road to Jablonný nad Orlicí and still along the I / II road to the village of Red Voda, through the White Water and at the intersection with road III / 31230 it turns east along this road to Moravian Charles. In this section it leaves the East Bohemian region.
It continues along the road III / 31230 to road II / 312, along which it goes to road II / 446 and then to the village of Hanušovice in Šumperk. From there along road II / 369 to Jindřichov, Branné and Boring. From there he goes along road III / 3693 to Petřikov. It continues through the valley of the Black Creek and ends at a rectangular refraction of the state border with the Polish People's Republic northeast of cubicle 1114 (Brousek). Furthermore, the border of the protected area is guided along the state border to the border of the protected area of natural accumulation of the waters of Orlická hora and then to the starting point in the village Páčín.
Maps of protected areas of natural water accumulation are published by the Czech Office of Geodetic and Cartographic for the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic on the scale 1: 50 000.
