GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 11 April 2007
amending Government Regulation No. 494 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies from the State Budget to support the regeneration of panel settlements
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended:
Government Decree No. 494 / 2000 Coll., on the conditions for granting subsidies from the State Budget to support the regeneration of panel settlements, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3 (2) (a), the word "approved" is replaced by the word "issued."
2. In Article 5 (1), the words "the relevant county (3) 'are replaced by the words" the Ministry of Regional Development ("the Ministry') '.
footnote 3 is deleted.
3. In Article 5 (2), the words "Ministry of Regional Development (" Ministry ')' are replaced by the words "Ministry '.
4. In Article 5 (2) (b), the word "approval 'is replaced by" issue'.
5. in Article 5 (2) (f):
"(f) the final territorial decision, proof of the issue of the regulatory plan, the territorial consent, the final building permit, the public contract for the execution of the construction, the certified inspector's certificate, the agreement to carry out the notified construction or a declaration that no decision has been given by the building authority within the statutory period of the prohibition on the execution of the notified construction,";
6. Paragraph 5 (3) is deleted.
Paragraph 4 shall become paragraph 3.
7. In the Annex to point 1 (a) and point 1 (a) of the section "Procedure for the processing of a panel housing regeneration project and its contents' and" Content of the panel housing regeneration project ', point 1 (a), the word "approved' is replaced by the word" issued '.
8. In the Annex to point 2 of the section "Content of the project of regeneration of a panel settlement ', the word" approved' is replaced by the word "issued '.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
