DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 302 / 2001 Coll., on technical inspections and measurement of vehicle emissions
The Ministry of Transport provides, pursuant to Section 91 (1) of Act No. 56 / 2001 Coll., on the conditions for the operation of vehicles on the road and amending Act No. 168 / 1999 Coll., on the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of the vehicle and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the insurance of liability from the operation of the vehicle), as amended by Act No. 307 / 1999 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act ') for the implementation of Sections 44 (6), 45 (1) (5) and (6), § 62 (2), § 63 (5), § 66 (3), § 67 (1) (b) and (c), § 69 (3), § 71 (2), § 72 (3) and § 79 (2):
Decree No. 302 / 2001 Coll., on technical inspections and measurement of vehicle emissions, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 13 (3), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended scope'.
2. In Article 17 (2), the words "the District Office 'are replaced by the words" the Regional Office'.
3. In Paragraph 18 (1), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" regional office'.
4. In Paragraph 18 (2), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" regional office'.
5. In Paragraph 23 (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence'.
6. in Paragraph 23 (6) (a), the words "the district office" shall be replaced by the words "the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence."
7. In Article 23 (6) (b), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended competence'.
8. In Article 24 (1), the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope'.
9. In Article 24 (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the municipal office of the municipality with extended scope'.
10. In Annex 5, the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" municipal authority of the municipality with extended scope'.
11. In Annex 6, the words "District Office 'are replaced by the words" Regional Office or Regional Office of the Municipality with extended scope'.
12. In the second sentence of point 4 (g) of Annex 9, the words "district office 'are replaced by the words" county office'.

Transitional provision
Forms produced before the entry into force of this Order after the formal arrangements have been made may be used by 31 December 2004 at the latest.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2003.
