ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 February 2021
Government in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on Security of the Czech Republic,
Announces
for the territory of the Czech Republic due to health threats related to the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic

for a period of 30 days from 00: 00 on 27 February 2021.
Government
I. orders, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on Crisis Management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, to deal with the crisis situation arising, emergency measures, the specific implementation of which is provided for by the Government by a separate government resolution;
II. Saves
1. The Prime Minister shall direct and coordinate the tasks referred to in paragraph I of this resolution,
2. to the members of the Government to ask the Government for prior approval of the measures relating to the declared emergency situation which the member of the Government or the Ministry under its jurisdiction is making before they are implemented;
III. Provides that critical infrastructure bodies may identify critical staff whose presence at the workplace is necessary to ensure the function of the relevant critical infrastructure element subject to prohibitions and obligations;
IV. The existing protection and emergency measures of the Ministry of Health are not affected by this declaration of emergency;
V. Instructs the Prime Minister to inform the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic without delay of the announcement of an emergency as referred to in paragraph I. of this resolution;
VI. states that this Decision shall take effect on 27 February 2021 at 00: 00 and shall expire 30 days after its entry into force.
