ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 16 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the situation arising, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of § 5 (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
order that the prohibition on the retail sale and sale of services at the premises set out in point I of the Government Resolution of 14 March 2020 No 211, published under No 82 / 2020 Coll., does not apply to:
1. the sale of textile material and textiles,
2. service of computer and telecommunications technology, audio and video receivers, consumer electronics, devices and other household products.
