on the commitment of a collective agreement of a higher degree and Appendix 1 to a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll., and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of the Higher Degree concluded on 9 January 2009 between the Union of Glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain employees on the one hand, and the Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic on the other hand, is binding on other employers on the first day of the month following the publication of this Communication, with a predominant activity in the sector designated by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE 231, 2341 and 2342.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
