on the issue of price regulation No 4 / 2020 / CAU, on price regulation of individually prepared cannabis-containing medicinal products for therapeutic use, and on price decision No 5 / 2020 / CAU establishing a list of ATC groups with appropriate route of administration not subject to price regulation
The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 21 January 2020 price regulation No 4 / 2020 / CAU was approved, on the price regulation of individually prepared cannabis-containing medicinal products for therapeutic use, and on price decision No 5 / 2020 / CAU establishing a list of ATC groups with the appropriate route of administration, the price of which is not subject to price regulation.
The price regulation and price decisions were published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin, amount 1 of 29 January 2020.
Price regulation No. 4 / 2020 / CAU, on price regulation of individually prepared cannabis-containing medicinal products for therapeutic use, took effect on the day of its publication in the Ministry of Health Bulletin.
This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
