DECLARATION
of 21 March 2025
amending Decree No. 330 / 2012 Coll., on how to assess and evaluate the level of pollution, the extent of public information on the level of pollution and in smog situations, as amended
According to Section 3a (4) of Act No. 201 / 2012 Coll., on Air Protection, as amended by Act No. 42 / 2025 Coll.:
Decree No. 330 / 2012 Coll., on how to assess and evaluate the level of pollution, the scope of public information on the level of pollution and in smog situations, as amended by Decree No. 83 / 2017 Coll. and Decree No. 68 / 2020 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 1a shall be deleted, including the title.
2. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Assessment and evaluation of the fulfilment of the national exposure reduction target shall be carried out by means of an indicator of the average exposure of the population by PM2,5 particles, expressed as three years, of the average annual particulate concentration PM2,5 determined on the basis of measurements at sites located in accordance with Part A (1) of Annex 2 to this Regulation."
3. In Annex 2, Part In point 1, footnote 3, "Assessment of compliance with the national PM2,5 reduction target for the protection of human health and achievement of the maximum exposure concentration PM2,5 'is replaced by" Calculation of the mean exposure indicator and assessment of compliance with the national exposure reduction target'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the first day of the calendar month following its publication.
