Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 91 / 2021 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Price Field, as amended, pursuant to § 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to § 6 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, issued by Decision No. 1 / 2021 of 28 January 2021 amending the Law of the Energy Regulatory Office of 29 September 2020 on Energy Prices.

According to Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 1 / 2021 in the Energy Regulatory Bulletin of 29 January 2021, amounting to 2. The price decision became valid on that date of publication. The activities took place on 1 February 2021.
