GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 15 March 2020
to ensure the provision of health services by health service providers and to ensure the activities of public health authorities for the duration of the emergency situation
Following the Government Resolution No 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) of the Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, it decided to adopt emergency measures within the meaning of the provisions of § 6 (1) (c) of the Crisis Act

1. to ensure the provision of health services by health service providers and to ensure the activities of public health authorities during the period of the emergency situation related to the occurrence of the CoVID-19 epidemic on the territory of the Czech Republic.
- the fifth and sixth year of the presentation form of the general medical study programme at the medical faculties of public universities;
- the final years of the daily or presentation forms of study programmes or fields of education preparing for the profession:
• a general nurse, in the Bachelor's study programme for the preparation of general nurses or in the field of education, a certified general nurse at higher vocational schools,
• a child nurse, in the Bachelor's study programme for the preparation of children's nurses or the field of education, a certified child nurse at higher vocational schools,
• a medical paramedic, in the Bachelor's study programme for the preparation of medical paramedics or in the field of education, a certified medical paramedic at higher vocational schools;
• Assistant for the Protection and Promotion of Public Health, in the Bachelor's Study Programme for the Preparation of Aids for the Protection and Promotion of Public Health,
• a practical nurse, in the field of education a practical nurse and a medical assistant in high school,
2. inform the Minister for Health and methodically manage the persons referred to in point 4 in the process of providing care referred to in point 1;
3. provide the Minister for Education, Youth and Sports with all necessary synergies to the Ministry of Health and to the persons referred to in point 4;
4. to all public health authorities, to all health-care emergency services providers and to health-care providers listed in the Annex to this resolution, to use the work obligation of the persons referred to in point 1 on their territory and to inform the Ministry of Health of the measures taken in this regard.
