DECLARATION
of 30 March 2010
amending Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll., on the Closer Conditions for Termination of Secondary School Education by Graduate Examination
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides pursuant to § 81 (11) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 242 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 49 / 2009 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No. 177 / 2009 Coll., on the Closer Conditions for Termination of Education in Secondary Schools, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 2 (2), "20 June 'is replaced by" 10 June';
2. Paragraph 2 (3) to (5), including footnotes 4 to 6, reads:
"(3) During the spring trial period, the part-examinations of the common part of the formal examination before the examination committee (the" oral examination of the common part ') shall take place during the period from 2 May to the beginning of the joint examination and the part-examinations of the common part of the examination of the didactic test (the "didactic test') in the relevant school year. The didactic test and written work shall take place between 25 May and 10 June. The specific dates for conducting the didactic tests and written work shall be determined by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (hereinafter referred to as" the Ministry ') 4 no later than 31 March before the graduation exam in the following school year. The timetable for the holding of the didactic tests and written work (hereinafter referred to as the Single Test Schedule) shall be determined by the Ministry by 31 December of the school year in which the final examination is held; the data are published by the Ministry in a way that allows remote access.
(4) The profiles5) shall take place during the spring examination period between 2 May and the beginning of the didactic tests and written work referred to in paragraph 3. Tests conducted in the form of a written examination ("written examination ') and a practical examination (" practical examination') shall take place not earlier than 15 April. In the case of the fields of education of the Art and Applied Arts Group (6), practical examinations shall take place not earlier than 1 April. In cases where the nature of the test so requires, a practical examination may be carried out at an earlier date.
(5) During the autumn test period, oral examinations of the common part shall take place between 1 September and the beginning of the didactic test and written work, didactic tests and written work shall take place between 15 September and 1 October. The specific dates for conducting the didactic tests and written work shall be determined by the Minister4) by 15 August at the latest before the graduation examination in the following calendar year. The uniform test schedule and the places of performance of the didactic tests and written work shall be determined by the Ministry by 15 August at the latest before the graduation examination and published in a manner that allows remote access.
4) Paragraph 80 (1) of the Education Act.
5) Paragraph 79 (4) and (5) of the Education Act.
6) Education fields of group 82 Arts and Applied Arts with the code name of the category of education achieved M according to Annex 1 to Government Regulation No. 689 / 2004 Coll., on the system of education fields in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended by Government Regulation No. 18 / 2006 Coll., Government Regulation No. 224 / 2007 Coll., Government Regulation No. 268 / 2008 Coll., Government Regulation No. 98 / 2009 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 242 / 2009 Coll. '
3. In Paragraph 22 (2), the second sentence is deleted.
4. Paragraph 22 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The evaluators shall transmit a joint evaluation of the written work to the school director without undue delay. ';
5. In Paragraph 26 (1), "15 June 'is replaced by" 17 June'.
6. Paragraph 33, including the title and footnote 13, reads:
„§ 33
Issue of a certificate
The school director shall, on the basis of the results of the pupil mentioned in the protocols on the results of the common part of the pupil's graduation exam and the profile part of the pupil's graduation exam, issue a certificate of the final examination by 20 June at the latest for the spring examination and by 5 November at the latest for the autumn examination. Graduate certificate is issued by the school director on a form in accordance with the model set out in the Decree on certain educational documents13).

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
