Communication from the Energy Regulatory Authority No 9 / 2020 Coll.

The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in the Field of Prices, as amended, Article 17 (6) (d) of the Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and on the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Energy Act), as amended, and pursuant to § 1 (3), § 4, 5 and 12 of the Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll., on Supported Energy Resources, as amended by Decision No. 9 / 2018, and on the Act No. 8 / 2019, on the amendment of 20 December 2019 amending the Price Decision ERÚ No. 3 / 2019 of 20 December 2019, amending the ERÚ Price Decision No. 3 / 2018, on Aid for Energy.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published Price Decision No 7 / 2019 and Price Decision No 8 / 2019 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 20 December 2019, amounting to 10. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. Decision No 7 / 2019 entered into force on the day of publication in the Energy Regulatory Journal. HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
