Slovak Geological Authority
of 15 December 1988
on the register of geological works, on the withdrawal and escalation of our results, on the construction of old Banská diels and the management of our registers
Slovenský geologický úrad po hodáde so konkuveným ústreným orgánmi podľa § 7 ods. 6 a § 12 ods. 4 zákon Slovenskej národnej rady č. 52 / 1988 Zb. o geologických pracach a o Slovenskom geologickom úrad a podľa § 35 ods. 5 zákon č. 44 / 1988 Zb. o ochrone a úžení nerastných vých (banské zány) uje:
PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
Purpose of the Order
The purpose of the týto záška is to ensure the records of geological works, 1) zamedziť ich inefficient renoveniu and to make it possible to use the already acquired poznatkov to raise the economy and quality of geological works, as well as to use the poznatkov about the occurrences of old banských diel on ich zdračenie a likidáciu.
Geofund
By registering geological works (ďalej len "registrácia"), by collecting and sprítiovaní ich zlakkov and by leading the register of old banské diel2) sa poveruje Geofond v Bratislava, organizácia Slovenské geologický úrad (ďalej len "Geofond").

Žiadosti o registraciu
(1) Pred podaním žiadosti o registráciu organizácia vyšuje z podstadov a informácií objejmä v Geofonde geologicú presokomanosť územia, na ktorom sa majú geological work vypravať, a iné informácie, ktoré môžu ovplyvniť ich kind and range.
(2) Žiadosť o registráciu je organizácia (ďalej len "žiadateŽ") compulsory podjem Geofond pred záchem geological prac, to vo výmedzení zpovedajúcom geologický polohe; v žiadosti sa uvedú aj geological work kotované podvavateľsky ako súčasť riešenia geologický kůl.
(3) The geological role is defined by all, including the time cycle of things, which can be done by geological works.
(4) Žiadosť o registráciu sa podava najneskôr 30 dne pred začatem geological prac bémo na tlačive registračný listu, ktorý vyvosteva Slovenský geologický úrad.
(5) V registračnom liste sa uvedú:
(a) the nozov and the seat of the žiadateľa;
(b) the title of the geological task, its number, the indication of the stage of the geological work, the title and the identification number of the cadastralne územia, 3) the title and the code of the district, 4) the case iné miestopisné destinie scoleté územia,
(c) geological works;
(d) a reference to the predchadzajúcu of the stage of geological works and to the assessment of the geological role;
(e) the types of geological work carried out;

Registrations
(1) Geofond preskolema žiadosť o registraciu z hľastře, či geological work przálasené na registráciu nebudú neúčulne opekováť geological work no longer carried out alebo skôr registered.
(2) Ak data v žiadosti o registraciu nie sú dodatovné, je žiadateŽ záplatný dodánúť na záktor Geofond potrebné podpory, complements a vysvetlenia, přípžpě mu predkladuť na nahliadnitie projekt geological works.
(3) Ak nich nebračené registracia, Geofond registries geological work within 30 days from podania žiadosti o ich registraciu. Change and demise of the register
(1) Ak po registracii occurs change of registered geological works alebo term ich konkončenia, je žiadateŽ compulsory túto zmenu notifiť Geofond within 30 days, ak sa
(a) the change in the territory of the designed geological works;
b) renaming cieŽ alebo v materiálnej miere kind of geological works,
c) geological work does not end in one year after the scheduled term ich konkončenia mentioned in the registration list.
(2) The Geofund shall record the menu notification in its supporting documents.
(3) As soon as the registered geological work does not take place, it is mandatory to notify it to Geofund.
(4) Ak sa geological work did not start to perform into two rokov from dňa ich registracia, je žiadateŽ compulsory before ich beginning again podjej žiadosť o registraciu.
Geological work nedoliehajúce registracia
Registracii podliehajú:
a) Geological work carried out by organizačiami pri prieskume exclusive deposit in ich dobývacom priestore, 5)
(b) the geological work of the minorities, namely:
1. studijné, potudijné, poštědné, záštné a laboratórne, pokiaľnie sú zaradené do základu vývody a technici,
2. on the overeny of hydrogeological pomorov taken by drilling into the hvb 15 m, but ich overall range in geological task nepresiahne 100 m,
3. the overeny of inžinierskogeological pomorov obmeded on wells and iné prieskoumá diela do hýbka 15 m, but ich overall extent in geological task nepresiahne 100 m,
4. carried out by organizačiami at the time of dobývania exclusive bearing on the spresnenie knowledge of the quantity and quality of its stocks and of the geological and banskotechnotechnical podmienkach dobývania, 6)
c) Geological work carried out on obznaanie compleujúcich datajov pre dokumentáciu stafieb, namely
1. complementary inžinierskogeological work carried out at the time projektovania, realisácie and prevádzky buildings on the clarification of the individual geological alebo inžinierskogeological tázok and on the spresnenie doteraz obtained by datajov, case vplyvu construction on okolie,
2. the work on spresnenie knavio o inžinierskogeological pometroch územia, where sa finished inžinierskogeologický prieskum v nišíš prieskumnej etape a spracovanie prípravnej alebo projektovej dokumentácie zástácie všiastkové doprajujúce čístí,
3. the work on the spresnenie knowledge of inžinierskogeological podroch územia with simple and well known geological spaces, but also carried out pre simple stavby7) and the construction of which technical rieshenie is quite simple. 8)
REPEALED AND COMPLETED GEOLOGICAL WORK RESULTS
Odovzdáanie zlozkov geological works

(f) administration of tipping scooters, 10)
(g) diplomas, candidates, doctoral and similar work in geológia;

(2) Odnosť odvovzdvať dokumentáciu podľa odseku 1 písm. b) to f) neznačije sa na dokumenátáciu, ktorá je súčasťou dokumentácie podľa odseku 1 písm. a).

(6) Ak Slovenský geologický úrad, zistem, žístí, že o old banské dielo, ktoré vývoje celospoločenský záujem, zázné orgány štátného úrad, do ktorého pôsobnosti zníží podľa předpisov12) dobývanie príšné nerastu s má, že zaistal zabezaličenie alebo likidáciu old bánského diela a poporiadal kopatné damage na hlátěné průsobých pri secured alebo liquidáciu old bánské diel. Register of old Banská diels
(1) The register of old Banka diels contains:
(a) the registered papers of the old Banská diel, the case of ich súborov,
(b) file documentation for the register documents;
c) mapvý prehľad obječnov old banských diel, přípě ich súborov.
(2) Do register old Banská diel sa zaradíujú aj zálásenia o security and liquidacii old Banské diel, ktoré je organizácia compulsory to send Geofond to one mesiaca after completion of security and liquidation works.
(3) The Geofund sprísto step up the register of old Banská diel by authorised zaujemcom (§ 12) and to serve from its information to the authorities of the Territorial Planning and Circular Banská úradom.
FULL AND RECOMMENDED PROVISIONS
Right is not zaujemcovia
(1) Opráňeným záujemcami podľa § 9 a § 11 ods. 3 tejto záznášky sú:
(a) the authorities of štátnej správy, súdy a hospodárska arbitraž,
(b) the organisation of the authorised exercise of geological work;
(c) the Vedek Institute, the Múzea and similar socialist organisations in the Súviště with the fulfilment of their scientific, educational and cultural tasks;
(d) other socialist organisations in the context of fulfilling their tasks and protecting their rights and the rights of protected záujmov;
e) občania v súvistiv s kontrola a uplatovaním svojich právom právom pránené záujmov alebo v súvistiv so štúdiom a prostovuvaním vedecky dopravy,
