ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 15 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, issued emergency measures for the purposes of Article 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of the provisions of § 5 (c) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. postpones the vote in the supplementary elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic announced in the constituency no. 32 by the President of the Republic No 23 / 2020 Coll., on the announcement of the supplementary elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic;
II. Voting in the supplementary elections to the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic announced in constituency No 32 on 27 and 28 March 2020 and on 3 and 4 April 2020 will not take place. In order to calculate the time limits under Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and to amend and supplement certain other laws, as amended, which did not take place until 15 March 2020, the decisive new days of the elections set by the President of the Republic will be decisive.
