GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 21 April 1999
on the use of another part of the income of the Land Fund of the Czech Republic to support agriculture in part compensation for adverse economic effects
The Government orders pursuant to § 15 paragraph 6 of Act No. 569 / 1991 Coll., on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic, as amended by Act No. 269 / 1998 Coll.:
(1) The Land Fund of the Czech Republic transfers CZK 133 million to the chapter of the Ministry of Agriculture.
(2) The Ministry of Agriculture shall transfer the amount transferred under paragraph 1 to the State Fund for Market Regulation in Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Fund"), which shall apply it to the repayment of the principal of the loans and interest of the Fund to the Czechoslovak Commercial Bank.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
