GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 18 March 2019
amending Government Regulation No 361 / 2017 Coll., on the amount and conditions of remuneration of sentenced persons in employment in the execution of prison sentences
The Government hereby orders pursuant to § 33 (1) of Act No. 169 / 1999 Coll., on the execution of the prison sentence and on the amendment of certain related laws:
Government Regulation No. 361 / 2017 Coll., on the amount and conditions of remuneration of sentenced persons assigned to work in the execution of prison sentences, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The time component of the remuneration on the specified weekly working hours under the Labour Code shall be for the calendar month:
(a) in Group I, an amount of 50% of the minimum wage per month;
(b) in Group II, an amount of 70% of the minimum wage per month;
(c) in Group III, an amount of 95% of the minimum wage per month; and
(d) in the IV group, an amount of 120% of the minimum wage per month. "
2. Paragraph 4 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) For 100% of the standard of labour consumption, the task component of remuneration per hour
(a) in Group I, an amount determined by a share of 50% of the minimum wage per month and the coefficient referred to in paragraph 3;
(b) in Group II, the amount determined by a share of 70% of the minimum wage per month and the coefficient referred to in paragraph 3;
(c) in group III, an amount determined by a share of 95% of the minimum wage per month and the coefficient referred to in paragraph 3; and
(d) in the IV group, an amount determined by a share of 120% of the minimum wage per month and the coefficient referred to in paragraph 3. "
3. In Paragraph 4, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) The value of the coefficient determining the average number of hours per month in the average year shall be:
(a) 173,92 for single-shift operations;
(b) 168,485 for two-shift operations; and
(c) 163.05 for three-shift and continuous operation. ';
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 January 2020.
